Since opening in 1988, Main Street Catering has been one of Northern Arizona’s favorite local caterers, celebrated for both our gracious service and down-to-earth take on fine dining. Located in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, Main Street Catering is a full-service and versatile catering company with over 30 years of experience in the Northern Arizona community. Voted “Best Caterer of Flagstaff,” by the readers of the Arizona Daily Sun many times, we pride ourselves on excellent food, exceptional service and custom menu planning.

Our expertise ranges from intimate gourmet dinners of less than 20 people, hors d’oeuvres buffets for 300, casual dinners, themed parties, family barbecues, casual lunches and more. Our services vary from buffets and food stations, butler passed appetizers, formal plated dinners, family style feasts, bartending services and more!

    Best Flagstaff Caterer by far!

    Main Street Catering is a dream to work with! They are always fun yet professional, and the quality of product and service are top notch. They never grumble about the rustic conditions at our venue, and clients are always raving that it is "the best wedding food" they've ever had. Definitely recommend for any size party in the greater Northern Arizona region!

    Main Street Catering hands down is one of the best caterers in Northern Arizona! They go above and beyond to provide the best experience for their clients! Also they are a wedding planners dream to work with because their communication and attention to detail makes every event a breeze!

In addition to your meal, our standard package includes china, flatware, basic linens, travel, service and complete clean-up of everything related to our service. If your venue provides any of these things, that is taken into account when we develop your quote.
he basic linens are a standard polyester weave, in a limited selection of colors. We provide napkins and buffet table linens as part of the standard package. We have an Upgraded Linen Catalog if you are looking for something special, or would like for us to be your rental linen provider. Please inquire about that when you request your quote, to receive more information.
Yes, you are welcome to schedule a Tasting Appointment once your custom menu is set. We will help you choose a few items from your menu to serve at your Tasting.
We have a broad repertoire and can adjust our recipes to meet your needs. Please let us know before we start creating a custom menu for you, and we can make sure we honor those special requests without sacrificing taste or style.
Once we receive your deposit, we will hold the date for you, and look forward to working with you!
Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellation 12 months or more prior to the event, deposit is 75% refundable. If 6-12 months prior to the event, deposit is 50% refundable. If canceling 6 months or less prior to the event, deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation within 7 days of event, deposit and final payment are NON-REFUNDABLE.
