My journey began with boudoir and captureing couples. I later ventured into weddings which I instantly fell in love! They are so intimate, filled with love and magic. I have the ability to capture intimacy from all angles: intimate portraiture, bridals, couples, and then most important day of all! Weddings and working with couples has brought me so much joy and I love nothing more that providing beautiful galleries filled with emotional and magical memories.

Hi, I'm Candace and I have a thing for weddings! I didn't start as a wedding photographer, I actually started as a BIRTH photographer surprisingly! I was addicted to capturing real and raw moments for families to have and relive over and over. I actually was nervous for weddings, which is why I didn't start doing them. One thing led to another and as people started asking me if I WOULD shoot their wedding, I decided to give it a try. Fast-forward to dozens and dozens of weddings later and I am obsessed!! I am a full fledged wedding photographer and I LOVE capturing every single moment of your day. The addiction is real!!

I’m originally from New Mexico and have lived in 6 states so far, but recently my husband and I have moved to Arizona. I’m based in the greater Phoenix area but am always traveling around the state and U.S. for weddings! I’ve been married to my best friend, Cody, for 5 years now. I’ve been a professional photographer for about 4 years now. I’ve always had a passion for photography. Photography is my passion and it’s my full-time job.

The first time I picked up a camera was when I was about 12 years old, on a summer afternoon at my Nana's house. We spent the day digging through boxes filled with old family photographs. My Nana told me stories of her childhood and I got to relive those cherished moments with her. She explained to me that photos have a way of connecting us to our past and defining who we are and where we came from. She then gave me her old 35mm camera. That was the moment that ignited my love of photography and a desire to create timeless images. I love preserving moments that will last longer that our days on earth and be treasured by future loved ones.
