For over ten years, the group has delivered customized professional music for a variety of events and venues. The members of Azure Strings are highly skilled musicians whose competence is apparent at each performance.

Robin Tryon holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Bowling Green State University and the University of Akron and served for 30 years as adjunct professor of flute at the University of Mount Union. Dr. Elaine Anderson is a professor of music at the University of Mount Union. She holds Doctoral, Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees in ‘cello performance, theory, and string education. Brent Schloneger holds a Masters degree in Piano Performance from Kent State University, has won first place in both piano solo and duo competitions, and currently works as a staff accompanist at the University of Mount Union.
