Thank you, Claire! These flowers are stunning. I had no idea what I was doing and reached out to Claire to find the best flower arrangement for my wife’s style and taste. She heard everything I had to say, was responsive and patient with me, and made this beautiful flower arrangement. My wife says she loves the focal flowers. I try to support local wherever I can, and I’m glad I did.

Lynne Lily Designs
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
St. Louis, MO
  • Starts at $2,000

I'm Rachel, the owner and designer of Lynne Lily Designs. I am an Atlantan transplanted to Saint Louis in 2014. I'm a military wife to my active duty airman, mother of two handsome boys under the age of two, and owner of three quirky 50lb rescue dogs. I've loved things that grow ever since playing & learning in my father's garden as a young child. While planning my wedding I discovered floral design and instantly fell in love. All the color, textures and shapes and how you can create living art!

Les Bouquets was wonderful to work with! Elisabeth completely understood my vision and executed it beyond expectations!

Flowers & Weeds
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
St. Louis, MO
  • Starts at $1,000

Flowers & Weeds is a floral studio, urban flower grower, and greenhouse in South City St. Louis. Run by a group of creative people with green thumbs and big brains, we are constantly moving and growing! Textural, romantic garden-style design is how we describe the classic Flowers & Weeds style. We allow our flowers to move more naturally in arrangements and showcase the unique varieties we've grown from seed. Because of our emphasis on sustainability, seasonality has a large impact on our design process and helps us create the freshest arrangements.

Working with flowers and weeds was a dream. My wedding was just at the turn of spring and I wasn’t sure what would be available from local stock. I had no idea what to ask for and I showed some examples of what I liked to Carly and she put together dreamy springy bouquets and centerpieces that were beyond my wildest dreams. Great to work with. Highly recommend

Many of the varieties we use you won’t find at any other florist.

From the moment we first spoke with Carolyn at Wild Ginger Weddings, we were impressed by her timely, caring, and thorough communication style. She took the time to truly understand our vision for the wedding, which was themed around the St Louis Art Museum where my husband and I had our first date. Carolyn expertly narrowed down my broad design ideas into tailored, detailed, and truly show-stopping floral arrangements that perfectly captured the feel of Dutch master flower paintings, including the special touch of incorporating my request for tulips. The end result was impactful, with a wonderful variety of blooms and textures that felt worthy of museum display. We were thrilled with the level of care and attention Carolyn and her team put into making our wedding day florals truly special.

Hello! I'm Brooklyn, the lead designer and owner of Petal + Stem. We are a private studio-based florist specializing in weddings and events throughout the St. Louis area + beyond! Whether it's a destination or somewhere local, we are dedicated to elevate your wedding with thoughtfully curated blooms.

After my first meeting with Brooklyn at Petal Stem, I knew I was in good hands. Her communication was clear and professional throughout the process of planning the florals for our destination wedding. Brooklyn has such an eye for design, and everything she created was truly artsy, luxurious, and beautiful. She thought of every little detail, and went above and beyond to ensure our wedding flowers were perfect, even traveling to our venue and having everything she needed. As someone who planned the entire wedding myself, Brooklyn's expertise really helped lessen the time I had to spend on the floral planning. I couldn't be happier with the end result - the flowers were a stunning addition to our special day. In fact, I’d say they made our entire wedding!

Creations by Krysta
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
  • Serves St. Louis, MO

From behind a desk to the event space I’ve spent 20 years yearning to build a business that provides intentional, beautiful gatherings. I can’t believe I get to do this and I can’t believe I get a partner with you on meaningful occasions.

Working with Creations by Krysta was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She's incredibly organized and thoughtful in her approach, always taking initiative to anticipate what we needed. For example, she packed a dessert sampler for us to enjoy later since we were too busy celebrating to focus on the dessert table. I handed her a color palette and a list of favorite desserts, and she transformed my vision into something truly magical. The dessert table received countless compliments, and even our rental hall coordinator said it was the best he'd ever seen. What sets Krysta apart is her genuine care for your vision combined with her confidence to lead when you're ready to step back from the details. She gives 110% to bring your ideas to life and you can feel how much she truly cares about making your day special. Book her without hesitation, you won't be disappointed.

The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

I had a wonderful experience working with the team at Pick A Bloom-Preserved & Dried Florist. They were easy to communicate with and listened exceptionally well to my unique needs after my mom passed away. The quality of their work and attention to small details was lovely. Rosamungthorns
Rating: 5.0 (2 reviews)
  • Starts at $500
  • Serves St. Louis, MO

RosAmungThorns Floral and Gift was established in May of 2013 as Springfield’s premier local flower shop. We are also known as the home of the lady bug! You may be wondering by now about the unusual spelling of the company name. It is not a typo – in fact, my grandpa used to call me “the rose among thorns.” When I opened my first email account, I wanted to honor that, but the correct spelling was taken. Therefore, “RosAmungThorns” was the obvious next choice! So, when I opened up my own flower shop, it was an easy transfer of my brand. And now I get to honor my grandpa’s belief in me everyday and do what I love! Flowers!!

I have had my wedding cake business for 24 years and Theresa is at the top of florists to work with. I always look forward to working with her. Her creativity is amazing! You can tell she has a vision the way she beautifully decorates the wedding and reception sights. Always very prompt with communication.

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs Flower Preservation
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
  • Starts at $250
  • Serves St. Louis, MO

Sarcasm & Sunshine Designs is comprised of two friends, turned business partners. We worked together for several years planning events and weddings, so we have a shared love of sparkle, flowers, coffee, and making beautiful memories! We couldn't think of a better way to celebrate our growth as friends, mothers and confidants, than to combine our creativity and passions to create one of a kind items to brighten the days and lives of others. Our business, our products, and our partnership is all about balance, Contessa is the Sarcasm, Danielle is the Sunshine. Some days, we switch roles, but we think life is better with both!

Having my wedding flowers preserved was extremely important to me. To be able to keep something perfectly preserved that was so beautiful on my special day is unreal. Danielle is the kindest and easiest person to work with. She gets back to you within seconds and listens to any and every crazy request I had. Along with a tray, wine stopper, ornament, and book mark, Danielle was able to take part of my Mother’s wedding dress (that was wrapped around my bouquet) and preserve it in a jewelry box with my flowers. Let me tell you, the reaction my mom had on her face when I gave her that jewelry box was indescribable. If you are ever second guessing preserving your wedding flowers, this is your sign to do it. You won’t regret it! Sarcasm and Sunshine’s work is impeccable and I hope that others are able to have their flowers preserved with such care and precision as I was able to have mine.
