Drew had sent me an email a few weeks before the couples wedding with the reception timeline (a first) and kept me up-to-date with any last minute changes the day of. “They did an great job at our wedding & was amazing to work with. We definitely had a non-convential playlist, but he got everything we wanted & was super accommodating when we wanted to add a few last minutes songs a few days before the wedding. The setup he did outside was great as well & I thought it was especially nice that he came to check in on me when I was getting ready to make sure there wasn't anything else I needed. “Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

“We met Denise when she DJ'd a friend's wedding and it was the most fun reception I'd ever attended. I knew she HAD to be my DJ if ever I got married! From day 1 of meeting with her for our wedding, it was clear that her goal was to give us the best party of our lives, whatever that looked like to us. She had great advice throughout the entire process and took time to get to know us and what style/vibe we wanted for our reception. Communication is key, and she had the logistics of the reception planned down to the minute. The music portal is very user friendly and it was really fun to think through our music. If you need song advice, she's your gal. She will strictly adhere to your do NOT play list. She gets the guests engaged and is truly a party starter (if that's what you want). Our guests told us they were sore the next morning because they literally never left the dance floor. Many have asked us to do an annual anniversary party and have Denise DJ it. “Brian is one of the best wedding DJs in the business. In the past two years I’ve been to eight different weddings. Brian was the DJ for three of the eight, and the party/reception component of the events was never more fun than when Brian was driving the bus. He is an east coast DJ, but he spun tracks at both of my sister-in-laws’ weddings and as we were searching for a DJ for our own wedding we reached out just to see what he would charge for a wedding in Chicago. Turns out the price was right. Brian traveled to Chicago, MC’d our entire wedding, brought all of the equipment necessary and made our day exceptional in every way. I think there are a few things that really set Brian apart from other wedding DJs. Anyone can stand there and run through a playlist, but Brian went off book a few times to match and capture the energy of the guests. As we were in the midst of the planning process he added zero stress, and just calmly walked us through the process of selecting songs. He had suggestions and recommendations along the way. He even brought an extra speaker so that we could plug our digital piano in and the pianist would be able to play loudly enough. Overall, we can’t recommend Brian highly enough. You will not regret choosing him to DJ at your wedding, party, event. Whatever it is, Brian is a huge value add and a pleasure to work with.”

“From the very first zoom meeting I knew Eric was our guy! Very professional and accommodating. Once we committed he provided a google doc to figure out or music and how we wanted the flow of our wedding. And let me tell you yesterday he did not miss a beat. The way he adapted to small changes and keeping us on track was truly incredible. We had 3 locations at our venue and he had no issues changing over keeping the day a smooth transition. “We could rave about DJ Thrilla all day long, but in the words of our wedding guests: “Best dance floor we’ve seen in a long time!” It’s been weeks since our wedding and our guests can’t stop talking about how great the music was. Arthur did a great job with the ceremony and cocktail hour, and managed a tricky parent dance section (multiple sets of parents & timing!) We requested a Taylor Swift mashup and he exceeded expectations and made it the highlight of our night. The dance floor was always packed, and Arthur did a great job of taking into account our requests while playing music everyone would enjoy. We opted to use uplighting as well, which looked beautiful during dinner (we chose a warm lighting) and was so fun for the dance floor with flashing lights. By the end of the night, he even had guests asking him to travel to Texas to DJ their wedding! Booking DJ Thrilla was one of the best vendor decisions we made for our wedding and we could not recommend him more!”

“Joe and his team were incredible! All of our guests are STILL talking about how great Joe was - he picked perfect songs that were a hit with our crowd across generations and included some of our all time favorites as well. We gave him a few do not plays and just a couple must plays, but he handled the rest perfectly!! Fine Tune Entertainment has an easy to use planning website, where we were able to edit our timeline and song choices throughout the process - this helped keep everything super organized. Joe was excellent at keeping the schedule moving with speeches, photos and dancing. We also used Fine Tune Entertainment's sister company for the photo booth which was incredibly high quality and a major HIT with our guests. They had the option to get digital copies or take home a printed one! We added 10 up lights to our space as well and Joe perfectly managed color changes to enhance the party vibe. We highly recommend Joe & Fine Tune Entertainment to couples in the Boston/MA area because of the incredible music played, the calm demeanor and excellent communication throughout the process! Definitely add the photo booth if you can, it was so worth it :)”
