Chef Brad has worked in restaurants ranging from Steak houses to Sushi bars, Chinese to Italian restaurants. After working in restaurants Brad worked for the rich and famous as a personal chef for 8 1/2 years on their private yachts. In 2019 Chef Brad and two of his friends won “The Great Food Truck Race” season 11 on Food Network.
