“Planning my wedding was definitely exciting, but had a lot of stressful moments because I can be a perfectionist and very indecisive. I think I was mostly nervous about booking a photographer because eventually people will forget the details maybe even the dress I chose, but the pictures are forever. I was immediately drawn by her absolutely stunning work, and I knew that was exactly what I wanted for my wedding. The greek myth from which the phrase “halcyon days” is derived, is one of great love ending in a time of joy and calm. A euphoric recollection of the past and an optimistic reverence for the future. Echo denotes a feeling of resonance and return. Because our memories and dreams are almost never linear-they are organic-abstracted from reality and, often, largely defined by touch, scent and, of course, sight.
