EMG has been providing the highest level of service in event entertainment for over 30 years, and our experience has taught us to prioritize two things above all else: Event Talent + Customer Service. We pride ourselves on creating spectacular and immersive experiences.

“We loved everything about EMG for our July 2025 wedding. The process of meeting and setting up a contract was easy and efficient. It was a completely tailored experience and did not feel rushed or pushed at all. He gave great recommendations and really understood what our vibe was for 115 guests. We went with an acoustic guitar player for ceremony, electric guitar cocktail hour and reception along with a DJ (Josuel lead) for the reception. We also had the photo station Photo Booth which was perfect for the setting. However our biggest compliments go to Josuel who was our lead DJ. He was organized, prepared and had an excellent presence and composure. He even sorted our last minute changes with the venues matre de because we and guests were taking too long at cocktail hour.. he figured out little changes so I didn’t have to! Above and beyond. Also he had everyone and I mean everyone dancing the whole night to a blend of 80s rock, 90s pop 2000s alt.. it was just perfect. Cannot say thank you enough to him and the whole EMG group.”

“If I could give The Barnstorm Band more than five stars, I would! They performed at our wedding on June 14 at The Roundhouse in Beacon, NY, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. From the elegant and heartfelt ceremony music to the last song of the night, they were phenomenal. The dance floor was packed from the moment they started playing until the very end of the reception. They have an incredible ability to read the crowd, keep the energy high, and seamlessly transition between songs to keep everyone engaged and having the time of their lives. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the band was and how much fun they had dancing all night. What truly set The Barnstorm Band apart was their willingness to make our wedding feel uniquely ours. We are huge fans of Phish and Goose, and they actually learned songs specifically for our wedding. Not only did they learn them, but they absolutely nailed them! It was such a special and personal touch that meant the world to us and made the celebration even more memorable. Beyond their musical talent, they were professional, responsive, easy to work with, and clearly passionate about what they do. They brought sophistication when the moment called for it and then turned the reception into an unforgettable party. If you want a band that will wow your guests, keep the dance floor packed, and create memories that last a lifetime, book The Barnstorm Band immediately. They were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and we couldn't recommend them more highly.”

DJ Taso: Luxury Wedding DJ & Production

Rating: 5.0 (24 reviews)

“We are in absolute AWE with how INCREDIBLE DJ Taso is!!!!! He literally made our wedding day PERFECT!!!! He pays such close attention to detail, answers messages so rapidly, takes time speaking to you to listen to your vision and is so meticulous with his work! His excitement about what he does is what made us love him from the start, we just knew he would make our event immaculate. His website allowed us for a personal log in to input all our event details so it stayed in one place and made everything so clear and organized. On the wedding night, between the CO2 gun-blasts, sparklers and lighting, people literally felt like they were in a club!!! He even surprised us and threw in his CO2 cannons free of cost which was such a heartwarming surprise for us and added so much excitement to the dance floor!!! It was exactly what we envisioned and he really delivered uttermost perfection on our perfect day. He took the time to come to our sweetheart table throughout the night and make sure the sound and volume was all up to par and make sure we were all good. His MCing was concise, professional and everyone could hear him loud and clearly, he kept the energy up for the crowd!!! He was even able to accommodate us with last minute changes to our entrance song. His glam Photo Booth with our initials had stunning images of our loved ones and they lit up on his booth throughout the night and surprised our guests!!!! I am getting chills writing this review thinking about how phenomenal he performed on our wedding day. DJ Taso, you were a blessing to have on our wedding day and we do not have enough words to describe how much of an attribute you were to our day. We cannot thank and recommend you ENOUGH!!!! We already have multiple friends that have him booked!!! HIRE HIM FOR YOUR WEDDING PEOPLE!!!!”

They brought smart suggestions based on what they've learned over the years but never pushed us away from our vision—they listened and gave us exactly what we wanted. Their playlist kept everyone dancing, they surprised us with touches that felt personal, and the energy they brought was infectious. They were also meticulous in coordinating a lot of the specific things we wanted - fog machine, my mother's singing, my brother's sax solo - and also handling things like ceremony and cocktail hour music. Within 5 minutes of chatting with Michael the first time, I decided to not meet with any other DJs. As soon as we spoke with Anthony, his professional presence and confidence/knowledge of our venue made us feel completely at ease. During the wedding, he and his team made the entire day run flawlessly and hyped everyone up the entire night. The main feedback that we got from guests was that it “felt weird NOT to be dancing” at our wedding, which was all thanks to Anthony. Hoi Polloi

“Hoi Polloi - 10/10 having a band was super important to us. Hoi Polloi was everything we could have hoped for and more! They played all the music we asked for and were great to work with from the start. We booked them for our ceremony, our cocktail hour, and had 11 people with horns and a DJ. They were fantastic to work with and we loved working with them. Jim is super responsive which makes a difference. He made sure the band knew all the music we wanted to play and they even interacted with guests (which I loved). They are also VERY reasonably priced and should probably charge more! They were great. I think the biggest compliment is that people from all ages kept saying they loved them which was perfect to me. They opened with Runaround Sue which is one of the best wedding songs in the world. Everyone got on the dance floor once that song came on and they didn’t leave.”

We encourage our clients to come out and hear us live to decide for themselves. Much better than viewing a video and trusting it was all done live in one take.
