“If you’re looking for the best photographer to capture your engagement/ wedding in the DFW area, you need to give Morgan @SimplyMo photography a call. We got married 11/8/2025. In October of 2024, we thought we found our photographer. We proceeded with an engagement photo shoot and found the original photographer we signed a contract with was not able to give us the natural, airy, rustic style we were looking for. “Monica is a wonderful photographer. I’m obsessed with the photos she captured on my wedding day (and during my bridal portraits in separate session). On the wedding day, she captured EVERYTHING — wedding details, decor, guests, family, sweet candid moments of me and my husband during the first look, ceremony, and reception, and of course, the most iconic, gorgeous portraits of us too. She was very helpful in suggesting poses that looked natural and beautiful. Monica has a great eye for lighting and how to capture the beauty of a venue. She’s also great at capturing people — our wedding party included people of varying skin tones and she made everyone look good (ie no one was overexposed or underexposed). Monica and her team were so easy to work with and really listened to what my husband and I wanted (in terms of what we wanted captured or what poses we wanted to try), while also being attentive to our guests and capturing beautiful photos of them too. She was also very patient and has a calming presence. I would happily work with her again.”

“Omg. My husband (!!!!) and I went to a bridal expo and found Lauren. We walked all around the place and she was 100% our favorite photographer we spoke to. She is just so nice, so personable, and overall and super fun person to chat with. We booked her for our engagement shoot, my bridals, and obviously our wedding. Now, my husband and I don’t know how to pose or take photos like at all. Lauren though? She is so good at directing you but making it feel natural. The photos were gorgeous. Her angles and her ideas are just top notch and really come out so beautiful. There wasn’t one awkward moment, it was just laughs and fun the whole time. 100% would recommend Lauren!”
