“Michael did a fantastic job as our wedding DJ and emcee. He took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions to get to know us as a couple, to learn about our music interests, and to understand what type of vibe we were going for at the ceremony and reception. “DJ P did a phenomenal job at my wedding! I had a large wedding of 170 people, and he brought extra speakers, equipment and even a 2nd DJ assistant to ensure his music could be projected throughout the venue at no extra charge. After he setup his equipment, he helped us set up the venue by setting up tables and games we had planned without even being asked. He remembered and respected my blacklist of songs, checking with me any time someone requested one. He was on point on all the songs we asked him to play throughout the night, playing them at the right time. When the dance floor opened up, he had our guests dancing the entire night up until the last song. It was just one song after another that the crowd wanted. He even got on the mic and hyped up the crowd a few times. He worked really well with our wedding coordinator and MC, adapting on the fly as needed. After the wedding, so many people came up to us and complimented the DJ – it wasn’t the same dry wedding playlist they heard at most weddings they went to. “We had the absolute pleasure of working with Greg from Gold Ring Entertainment for our wedding. Greg was a total pro--he ran our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We added on the photo booth and uplighting. We would highly recommend hiring Greg specifically! He was super easy to work with, very kind and accommodating, and has truly invaluable experience in hosting/emceeing/running events. The whole process of working with Greg was incredibly smooth. He has a vast library of songs to select from and even for deep cuts, if you want them, he'll get them! Greg prepared a minute by minute schedule for us that gave us peace of mind and made it easy for all our other vendors. Greg was always responsive, on time, and professional. He met with us multiple times over the phone to help plan our event, offered helpful feedback, and Our guests were even telling us at the wedding what a great voice he had and how polite he was! Greg encouraged us to add on the photo booth, which we originally weren't planning on doing. We are so happy that we did because it was packed all night and people loved it. Greg even helped us set up a custom logo/border for the photo booth pictures! All in all, we can't recommend Greg and Gold Ring enough for your wedding.
