The mantle installations also looked amazing (again something I wish I had more time to look at!!). THE PEONIES. It’s official that our wedding had a signature scent and it was PEONY! Which was also fitting since I wore peony perfume that day so now peonies will forever remind me of our wedding day which is so exciting for me because I love them. THE CENTERPIECES were perfect floating masterpieces just like I imagined. The combination of florals Sarah put together was classic but with an abstract/ organic twist and I loved all of the different unique buds in each one. The BOUQUETS turned out so beautiful. I loved how they were different but complimented each other so well. One of my bridesmaids didn’t even realize her bouquet was artificial until I told her!! The only thing I will say is that if you’re using centerpieces or things like that, make sure you have someone to transport and set them up and take them down to ship them back! “As my fiancé and I started the wedding planning process, we joked that our loose theme would be “flowers and love.” We knew we wanted lots of beautiful, lush florals as the primary decor focus, and also knew we didn’t want to spend the many thousands of dollars to achieve that look with a standard florist. If you’re in the same boat, and have an appetite for some DIYing, I’d STRONGLY recommend working with Bloom Culture. After some Googling for DIY wedding florals, I came across Bloom Culture and spoke with Allison for a custom consultation. During the call, Allison helped me express the type of floral look we were going for, and built out a custom floral package that would achieve it. She also laid out the delivery and prep process, and we landed on a final package and timeline for delivery. We received a LARGE box of flowers the week before the wedding and were immediately pleased with the quantity and quality of flowers we had received. Allison’s guide mentioned that some crushed or damaged blooms would be completely normal, but everything was so well packaged we didn’t notice more than a few damaged stems. From there, the DIYing began. Between unpacking, trimming, de-thorning, trimming again, building bouquets, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc, etc, it was a LOT of work. However, we referenced Allison’s guides (written, video tutorials) religiously and they laid out everything perfectly. She strongly recommends having plenty of assistants -- pay attention to this advice! Find a few trusted friends or family members who have time and artistic ability and it will make all the difference in your stress levels. The flowers all lasted beautifully for the wedding and we received so many compliments on how they looked. Allison - thank you for everything!”

Tiara went above and beyond what we even knew we were buying with the day-of coordinating contract. She was there for us for so much and helped us more than I could have asked. She never treated us like we were asking for too much and was flexible as we changed our minds on certain details. Tiara and Kelsie did an incredible job on the day of the wedding making sure everything ran smoothly. They took care of everything so that my husband and I could truly relax and enjoy our wedding day. Tiara took care of a difficult vendor that was causing me grief and that really meant the world to us on our wedding day. We were worried we may have had too many decorations or too many moving parts, but none of this was a challenge to Tiara and Kelsie. And even if it was, they did not show it! I have high standards in general and often have trouble not being in control of things because I am very particular, but with Tiara I was actually able to trust her and enjoy my day. This is not a compliment I give lightly and one that I mean wholeheartedly. The Fiddlestix team was by far our favorite wedding vendor (and we really had some great ones!) “This is long overdue, but Loca Flora did a wonderful job for our a la carte wedding order. We chose Loca Flora because their values align with ours- it's hard to do florals sustainably! Becca was so friendly and professional as we communicated, taking the tweaks I made to the order in stride. Due to the rain in the forecast, we decided to get an arch for an indoor ceremony at the last minute, and I asked Becca a few days before the wedding if she could add a spray for the arch. They had another involved event scheduled for that weekend, but her team made it happen! The colors weren't precisely what I expected, but I absolutely loved my bouquets and spray, and so did everyone else. The textures were perfect- exactly what I wanted! They matched our decor very well and they really brightened the very gloomy day we had. I'd recommend Loca Flora to anyone- everything was stress-free and beautiful. Katy took great care to try and learn what my vision was for the wedding and how to use her expertise to create what I wanted. We had a very tight turn at our venue after another event and she was able to navigate that so well working with the other teams setting up the tables while the previous group was packing out.
