Concourse Hall offers a spacious 3575 square foot floor suitable for dancing and receptions. The maple floor with sprung construction and finish is ideal for dancing. Plan your wedding on the charming grounds or in the historic 1845 New School church. With exclusive use of Mill Race Village, your wedding can be held any time of the year. In the Church or outside in the gazebo, weather permitting, your ceremony will be a memorable event in this picturesque Victorian setting. A Village Representative will be with you during your event to open and close the church and to keep the public off the grounds of the Village while your wedding is in progress, ensuring your privacy. Couples must provide their own clergy or officiant to perform their ceremony. Decorating the wedding site and clean up of the site is the responsibility of the couple. If you're planning an outdoor event for your wedding the Church is available for use in case of inclement weather.

The Loft at J Studio provides a customized full-service event space for a variety of social events. The venue is perfect for weddings and intimate functions. The Loft at J Studio is located in the heart of metro Detroit. The venue is versatile and functional and clients have control over every detail of their event at The Loft. Every celebration feels intimate as the space is customized to match the exact vision and needs of the client.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. At Joy Manor we have 4 different ballrooms, each with their own style. You can choose which ballroom fits what you are looking for for your event. We offer many different menus ranging from Athletic Menus through Wedding Packages. We also allow people to rent and bring in their own food as well. Lafayette Greens is a green space and urban garden in the heart of downtown Detroit, next door to the famous Coney Islands and across the street from the fabulous Westin Book Cadillac Hotel. The award-winning garden, created by Kenneth Weikal Landscape Architecture, was donated to The Greening of Detroit by Compuware in 2014 and is a place of beauty. A certified pollinator garden, focused on growing plants for butterflies, native and honey bees and birds, your ceremony could take place amongst the fluttering of butterflies, chirping of birds and happy hum of bees.

The restaurant seats 100 people in the Main Dining room near an open bar with exotic granite and bar stools, bar booths, and regular height Dining tables. Accommodations are available for special events. The Moroccan-style dining room features 6 booths, dining tables, and a private VIP-style Mediterranean seating area which seats up to 15 people. This room can accommodate up to 100 people.
