    ICE Restaurant and Event Center in Toledo is a true gem! From the moment we stepped through the doors, the staff's extremely easy and fluent communication style put us at ease. The grand, elegant, and welcoming spaces, along with the delicious scratch-made food, made our wedding day feel truly special. The team at ICE catered to our every need and truly made us feel like the day was all about us. Their friendly, attentive service ensured a seamless, memorable experience that we and our guests are still raving about. Highly recommend this wonderful venue for both intimate dinners and unforgettable events!

    It was the perfect size and location for us. The food, private bar, sound system, lighting, and the amazing staff added up to a perfect night. Whitney, the event coordinator, was so nice and responded to all of my questions and requests in a timely manner. She kept the night running smoothly for us so we didn’t have anything to worry about. The price and deposit are actually reasonable compared to any other wedding venue, and there are so many options for hors d’oeuvres, dinners, and late night snacks to choose from. We chose the create-your-own pasta bar for dinner and everyone loved it!

Yes, we provide a wide variety of options. From appetizers, grazing tables, taco/nacho bar to traditional meals such as steak and chicken.
Yes, we have a list of preferred vendors for desserts, decorators, DJ’s and more!
We provide tables, chairs, black or white linens, bussing staff, uplighting, overhead sound system and bartending services.
Yes, we have a full bar. We offer complimentary custom drink menus for your guests, you have a choice of an open bar, cash bar or choosing one of our bar packages. All including unlimited coffee, tea and soda.
We do not have our own lot, there’s plenty of places to park. We have an attached parking garage to our building, a lot across the street and meter parking is free on the weekends!
You have early access for decorating and 5 hours of event time.
Yes, we have elevators that bring you right down to the space. We have front desk security that can help direct your guests.
To officially book we require a non refundable security deposit of $350..

Yes, we love to do offsite catering’s! We can travel up to 30 miles from Toledo
No, with our liquor license we do not allow any outside alcohol.
Yes, we have an attached parking garage, a lot right across the street then free meter parking on the weekends.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
