About this venue

Welcome to the Villa on Verona, a historic Italianate style villa built in the 1860's. The estate has been newly decorated and furnished, with five luxurious and beautifully appointed guest rooms, as well as Bride and Groom's quarters. Your guests will be awed by the expansive stone front porch, and sprawling garden landscapes in our ceremony and reception backdrops. Inside the Villa, elegance and charm set the stage for a grand wedding weekend. This destination immerses you in rich history while maintaining the comfort of modern living. The Villa provides the perfect resort feel, with the personal touch of our service. Your event manager will ensure that the final details of your weekend run smoothly, so you are free to focus on your big day. Host your wedding party or family on-site for added comfort and convenience, up to 16 guests. Located at the intersection of Interstate 69 and 94 in Marshall, Michigan, connecting Detroit, Lansing, Grand Rapids, Chicago and beyond.

Enjoy the day starting with breakfast with your wedding party, then get ready in the private groom's quarters and Bridal Suite. Your first look on the grand stone porch, or intimate woods scenery. The grounds are yours to explore and capture with your photographer.

Join them for a complimentary celebratory toast immediately following at your chosen location on the grounds. Our package is an all-inclusive weekend of wedding bliss at the Villa on Verona. Check in Friday as early as 2 pm, walk the grounds and get settled. We have plenty of time to go over the last minute details before your wedding rehearsal. Wake up in the Villa on the morning of your wedding, wake up to breakfast and coffee downstairs. We have the wedding of your dream and at the end of the night you ascend to your bedroom. The morning after is filled with laughter, sharing stories of the celebration at the breakfast table over warm quiche, juice and fresh fruit.
In the event of a cancellation of a rental or special event or wedding, the client forfeits the $500 deposit and any of the 50% down payment in order to cover expenses associated with the planned event. If the rental or event is canceled within the 30 days of the event, the full 50% down payment will be forfeited. If a cancellation is successfully re-rented, all of the rent, taxes, and damage/security deposit will be refunded, less the $500 deposit.
