Drumore Mill is a different world. It is nestled in a corner of the most rustic township in Amish Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The mill was built in 1752 as a sawmill and a grist mill. It sits in a hollow with 30 acres of tall cliffs and old trees to provide privacy, warmth, and natural beauties. There is a pristine creek that meanders through the property. The Fishing Creek supports native trout and other rare small fishes. The waterfall is adjacent to the buildings. There is a hiking trail within the property. There is wetland and much more. “I don't know if I can put into words how meaningful Drumore Mill is to us after having our wedding there this past weekend. The venue is simply magical. So many of our guests commented on the beauty of the venue and the pictures don't do it justice. We used the historic house for our rehearsal dinner and stayed over night on the main property after our wedding. Every single space has been thoughtfully curated by Thuy and her team. Thuy was a joy to work with and truly cares about the experience every couple has. We already want to go back! Drumore also allows you to choose all your own vendors which was important to us. I also was adamant about having our close family and friends staying close by after our wedding so this was perfect for us! We also got to have a farewell coffee and breakfast in the Grist Mill on Sunday morning which was a lovely farewell for everyone who had traveled so far. We held our ceremony in the pavilion, cocktail hour in the cave, and reception in the barn. Everything was beyond perfect! We only toured one venue because we knew immediately this was the one.”

“Amanda, our event manager, was EVERYTHING. Her quick email responses, evening appointment accommodations, and ability to pull ideas straight out of my brain and onto paper were unreal. When I fell in love with BOB, I basically fell in love with Amanda’s energy and commitment to making my dream come true. I could not sleep that night after visiting and I knew in my gut it was THE venue. I have come to realize that BOB has a special structure set up. Your event manager is like your personal assistant. You are doing the planning but their knowledge is top tier! Amanda helped us think through enhancements and whether we actually needed them (spoiler: NO). But we did our own cookie bar and that was a HIT with our guests- it added a special touch for OUR families. The timing, the details, the paperwork, the info — literally everything from Amanda was flawless. When I was told 6 months in advance EVERYTHING I would need to turn in 3 weeks before, it gave my brain time to organize and plan out those 6 months. (pics from friends) I wish I had been encouraged more strongly to rethink the first‑dance location. I didn’t realize people would be sitting (not standing on the first floor) until our last meeting and it was too late to change our dance. With 165 people, taking photos at the tables was chaotic. Thank goodness our photographer spoke up and we changed our plan to be a QUICK pic not picture and chat! Again, with 165 people, the big group dance‑floor photo was a hot mess so rethink if you have a big group.. I didn’t think about 120 people needing to go down steps right after being served food. Some plates got taken eek! The other thing- when you get the DJ, make sure they talk with the venue- It is 2 floors, sound and announcements NEED to be heard upstairs. I have no idea what happened with ours so just FYI! Back to all the good stuff- I barely ate anything and people warned me of that. TAKE THE TIME to go alone to the house- simply to get your cocktail apps! FYI the guests were literally stalking the tent opening for the mushrooms and sesame chicken apps to leave the kitchen. Clearly they loved them. People are STILL texting us about the beef (pesto steak that Amanda told me to have). Everyone LOVED our blood orange margs and bourbon apple cider. The pretzel cheese was a HIT. Pick one late night snack because people were glad to have carbs. We LOVED having our table off to the side a bit- it felt private and comfortable. I highly recommend that setup. On 2/6/26, walking in and seeing everything come together felt like a dream. So many HAPPY tears because it was just so US! The lighting was perfect — bright enough to see, not too dark. BRING glow sticks! Everyone loved them! Our Day of Coordinator was unbelievable. She was everywhere I needed her to be. Our DoC made things come to life- she even got my shoes for me from the house. Guests raved about the staff. I wish I had talked to the staff more — the night flew by. Our waitress (Misty? Kristy?) was simply the best. She kept appearing to check on us and made us feel so special. I was nervous about being the center of attention all day, but it never felt overwhelming. The get ready house was perfect to throw everything and have that space to keep things until we left. I cannot say enough about Barn on Bridge- Amanda, Brianna, and Lily- thank you for making our day spectacular. I need someone I know to pick BOB so I can experience it from the other side.”

I absolutely loved that Ash Mill met all our criteria in a wedding venue -- being able to stay on site all weekend, high class catering, a rustic boho vibe, etc. And it was a great price compared to other venues! Everyone commented about the incredible food - that just flowed. Portabello fried mushrooms- truffle French fries- meatball sliders- scallops- lobster buns- short ribs with mashed potatoes. Amazing!!! People mingled and made connections. It was so much fun. It wasn't stiff- people got up and moved around. The drinks were delicious- and a wonderful desert tray to end the night. Caelin Murphy and her team are a knockout. So easy to work with - friendly and accommodating. It's a pretty place that has wonderful food and you can look out over the balcony into the town. I highly recommend booking this venue- you will not be disappointed! I would give Nektar a million star review. It was a fabulous night!”

“There aren't enough words to describe what a perfect day Anah and her team created for our wedding. It was more perfect than we ever could have conceived of ourselves. We booked during a transition period for Anah and her business, so sometimes there were some lapses in communication and some crossed wires, but when it came to the wedding weekend, everything was absolutely perfect. (Maybe I'm overusing that word, but it doesn't feel possible). Anah is so warm, funny, personable, and made us feel like we were the most important couple in the world on our wedding day - and also extremely safe and welcome as a queer couple. Every detail was thoughtful and lovely. We used what she grows for our flowers, and she put together a bouquet for me on the morning of the wedding that matched perfectly with accessories she hadn't even seen yet. It's possible she's a little bit psychic. Thank you, thank you, thank you Anah and team for our perfect day. I wish we could do it all over again!”

“My partner and I had the best experience working with Deyna Hamilton from Manayunk Brewing for our wedding reception! From the moment we booked the space a year prior, Deyna was so hands-on with us and helped with everything along the way. Every time we met, she kept us on track and helped us organize our to-do list and was such a pleasure to work with. She clearly has a ton of experience with planning and organizing events, and on the day-of, Deyna made sure we had the most carefree and fun time! The cocktail hour & reception space were perfect for my husband and I. We hosted about 80 people, so everybody had a lot of room to mingle and have drinks and dance. We chose to do stations for dinner, and they were a hit! Everybody told us how much they enjoyed the food during the cocktail hour and reception. The chef at Manayunk is very good! Deyna helped us choose all of the food in the months leading up to our reception which was also a load off our minds! We had a great time utilizing the bridal suite in the hours before our reception - it was a great space to have drinks and snacks with our family, put together some of our decor, and get ready. Deyna and the other staffers helped us tremendously by putting together the reception & cocktail hour space with all of our decorations, flowers, and photos. Deyna provided recommendations for vendors, so it was easy to choose a DJ (John Cicala from Silver Sounds) who already knew the venue! We can’t recommend Manayunk and Deyna enough. They were so wonderful to us! Thank you for everything!”

“From the very first tour with Brenda, we knew Johnson’s Locust Hall Farm was truly special. There was an immediate warmth and sense of family that carried through every step of the planning process and into our wedding day. Our guests felt that same warmth. Allie, our Day of Coordinator, was absolutely incredible. Her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail made our entire day seamless and completely stress free. She and her team captured my vision perfectly and ensured everything flowed beautifully from start to finish. The farmhouse was the perfect space for getting ready, and every single person we worked with was attentive, kind, and genuinely invested in our experience. We also used Johnson’s in-house floral team, and Carol and her team completely blew us away. The florals were beyond anything I could have imagined and seeing them for the first time brought me to tears. They were truly stunning and transformed the space into something magical. The venue itself is breathtaking, but what truly sets Johnson’s Locust Hall Farm apart is the people. The Johnson family made us feel like family, and we are eternally grateful for the care and love they poured into making our wedding day a dream come true. We cannot wait to return to the farm for future celebrations or even just to enjoy a delicious homemade apple cider donut. Johnson’s Locust Hall Farm will always hold a special place in our hearts.”

“JAM Hospitality is unlike any other on the market! Not only are their venues gorgeous, but the people they employ are top notch! My husband and I were just married at Bishop Farmstead (Southampton NJ) and had the most amazing time start to finish. From the moment we started planning with our event coordinator Gina to the actual wedding day, we couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed experience. Even in a torrential downpour, Gina and her assistant Kayla made our day better than our dreams. We couldn’t be more grateful to JAM for taking care of us and our guests, especially as almost a third of them have dietary restrictions that were met with perfectly modified meals that left no one out of experiencing their amazing cooking. I will definitely be recommending JAM to anyone in the market for an affordable, magical wedding day with incredible staff who make the craziest parts seem like a breeze. Thank you so much for the most perfect wedding day!!!”

“We got married on 12/12/25 at The Loft, and it was the best decision we made. First of all, it is very affordable, especially if you book on certain times of the year and day of the week (they offer discounts). Their day of coordinator, Nick.... WOW. Nick My husband and I could not have asked for a better person to lead the day. Nick was so attentive and responsive throughout the entire process, incredibly helpful on the day of (carried my shawl, my flowers, lifted my train throughout the golf course for photos), he helped all night long with bringing out food, serving drinks, and made sure we were taken care of. I mentioned how I wanted all of the decor in the venue, he nailed it perfectly. Nick made our entire experience seamless and memorable. We love you, Nick! The Loft recently went through some renovations and they are beautiful. It gives a barn vibe that's homey and welcoming. I loved the Christmas tree during the holidays, and Nick removed any holiday decor that I didn't like. They also renovated the bridal suite and it was a great size. Everything went so smoothly and our guests were raving about the service and experience. We could not recommend the Loft enough!”
