The Wagner House, located in the historic Wagner Print Building, is a three-story industrial warehouse in downtown Freeport, Illinois. The building was built in 1903 and was one of the first buildings that had electricity in Freeport. Established in 1853 and incorporated on March 9, 1912, the Wagner Building was home to the German-born Wagner Family who, like Freeport, has a long and interesting history. The Wagner House also served as an industrial manufacturing spot for textiles and fashion. For four generations, the business did not change hands, and the present Wagner company pledged to continue their record of quality printing and letterpress and are still in business today. In 2013, The Wagner building was sold to Bill Green to redevelop and re-imagine it, creating a wine bar, business incubator, and beautiful event space.

Forever Young is a newly built, family owned venue located in the heart of the Kettle Moraine Forest just outside of Palmyra, Wisconsin. We have restored the cream city brick space into a timeless and beautiful venue with countryside charm and elegant flair. Less than one hour away from both Milwaukee and Madison, Wisconsin. Originally this property was home to Young Engineering Co. established in 1918 and was a manufacturing and printing press facility until it was closed in the early 80’s. The building remained vacant until the property was purchased from the Young Foundation in 2018. While reconstructing the space, we preserved much of the original beauty and history that was, while adding the modern amenities and touches to bring your vision to life. We feel blessed and grateful for the opportunity to carry on the history of this property, and the spirit of being forever young.

The District is located in the historic memorial hall in downtown Richmond, IL. With is soaring wood ceiling and original brick walls, The District, built in 1907, combines classic American architecture with modern touches. A covered outdoor patio and private alley provide an outdoor oasis for a cocktail hour, small ceremony, or extension of the party.

Located in the heart of downtown Barrington, this 1898 home belonged to local philanthropists John and Julia Robertson at the turn of the century. It was meticulously restored in 2015 to capture the timeless beauty of the home while providing every modern amenity. We can accommodate both intimate weddings of 50 or less and larger weddings up to 130 (150 for ceremony only).

The Haight is a wedding and event venue located in Elgin, IL and is enveloped by a historic neighborhood, for a romantic and storied setting for your wedding. This converted warehouse was originally constructed in the 1890s. It began as the Elgin Storage & Transfer Company. Over the years numerous companies used the building until 1985 when it was bought by John Haight, who refurbished the building. The Haight features two floors and a rooftop area. Brick walls and hardwood flooring accent exposed ductwork. There are multiple spaces for hosting your ceremony, reception, and many other wedding-related gatherings. On the first floor, there is room for up to 175 guests standing. This makes the 2,000-square-foot space ideal for the cocktail reception. The second floor features 7,000 square feet of space. 250 people seated or 200 people seated with a dance floor can fit in this event area. You can also take your celebrations outside on the spacious rooftop deck.

The building's integrity has remained intact, simply allowing for updated paint and decoration. An incredibly versatile space for intimate events, bridal suite, showers, rehearsal dinners, photography, media stages, video, and meetings.

The Janesville Woman’s Club Building, opened in 1928 through generous community efforts, stands today as a proud landmark on both the Wisconsin and National Registers of Historic Places. Rooted in a legacy of service, the clubs continue to give back—donating over \$55,000 in the past five years for scholarships, school supplies, and local needs. Recent restoration campaigns like Repair 108, Renew 108, and Revive 108 have preserved and revitalized the historic building and its grounds, thanks to dedicated members, donors, and volunteers. Ye Olde Manor House Bed & Breakfast is an idyllic setting for intimate weddings and receptions. Our three landscaped acres are surrounded by cottage gardens. Our koi pond with its waterfall, our belvedere flanked by cottage flowers, and our spacious back yard surrounded by stately evergreens, provide beautiful backdrops for outdoor weddings. Our oversized fireplace with its wide hearth provides a perfect spot for an intimate indoor wedding. Guests can book the Manor House with or without the inclusion of overnight accommodation for up to 17 people. Guests are welcome to use their own catering services. Whether you prefer a casual, shabby chic, or elegant wedding, we will work with you to help you have the stress-free, beautiful wedding of your heart’s desire.

The Ellwood House Museum is an historic estate that offers three unique rental spaces on ten acres of gardens and grounds. These include the first floor and terraces of elegant Ellcourt, an historic Tudar Revival house built in 1899. It is available from March through mid-November and is our only venue where alcohol service is permissible. Ellcourt has an hourly rate of $350. The grounds also offer a choice of three garden spaces for wedding ceremonies. Garden rentals are available mid-May to mid-October and include an inclement weather backup location in the Hearthside Room of the Visitor Center. The rental rate is a flat fee of $500. The third venue is our more casual space, the Hearthside Room, which includes access to the galleries. It is available March through mid-November, and the rental rate is $75 per hour. All venues are limited to 80 people, and both indoor venues have full kitchens.

Chapel 1899 is a historic church renovated into a unique, elegant wedding venue in Fort Atkinson, WI. They provide complete bar services, two floors of gathering space, a warming kitchen, and a bridal suite. Chapel 1899 is conveniently just an hour outside of Madison and Milwaukee, allowing your guests to reach the Chapel with ease. The main level at Chapel 1899 doubles as a beautiful ceremony and reception space. After the ceremony, the staff will flip the main level to prepare for the reception. Your guests are welcome to enjoy the other gathering areas at this time, such as the lower-level lounge and bar area. Please keep in mind that we have a limit of 100 guests to be seated for dinner. Chapel 1899 provides several services and amenities, including tables and chairs, bartenders, parking, and on-site staff. You and your partner are welcome to bring your caterers of choice. Chapel 1899 is also proud to say it is a fully handicap-accessible location.
