“The Amber Room Colonnade was an amazing choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly clear, detailed, informative and helpful in ensuring every aspect of our special day went smoothly. The venue was beautifully organized, with everything ready for us when we got there. They even drove us around the property in a golf cart to make sure we could get to all the perfect photo spots, including the gorgeous sunset and water fountain that they turned on just for us. The food was excellent and delivered right on time, and our guests raved about the delicious chocolate fountain. We are so grateful to the Amber Room Colonnade team for making our wedding day truly amazing and unforgettable.”

“I could not have asked for a better experience with this venue. It speaks for itself, but the decor and indoor spaces just add to the overall beauty. They have multiple areas for photos, both indoor and outdoor. The staff was also incredible to work with. Calissa is Mykonos in The Hamptons. Drawing on a decade of private dining experience in Manhattan and The Hamptons, our events team executes dynamic, unique and creative events with professionalism and care. Calissa’s outdoor dining spaces include the tented Garden, covered Terrace and open-air Meadow. Our more intimate indoor spaces are the Private Dining Room, Lounge, Bar, and Main Dining Room. We recommend utilizing either the two outdoor spaces or renting out Calissa in its entirety. Services Offered In addition to weddings, Calissa is available for bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, farewell brunches, and afterparties. Food comes first for us: we serve the same ingredients to private dining guests as are served to a la carte guests, sourced from family-run farms and local fishing boats. “Calissa was amazing! We booked our wedding ceremony/reception and they were all so accommodating. The restaurant/venue is beautiful on its own, so we didn’t need much for flowers and decor. The food was delicious, our guests said that food kept coming and that’s exactly what we were looking for. And the service was excellent. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. From the planning of the day’s events, including the amazing band, to the food and the details, Calissa was amazing. Several of our guests said our wedding was the best ever!
