The Publishing House B&B is an urban loft in the heart of Chicago’s hottest neighborhood, the West Loop. The former Free Methodist Publishing House was built in 1909 and has been reimagined in 2017. The Publishing House is available for bookings for wedding group accommodation and weekends can be reserved up to two years in advance. The house accommodates up to 24 guests in 11 rooms and provides exclusive use of the property and our staff for personalized service and fully customized breakfast options.

Kuma's Catering specializes in classic American fare, celebrated for their delicious burgers and tasty sides, such as, mac and cheese and loaded mashed potatoes. A non-alcoholic an/or spirits package can be included, featuring premium beers, wine, and liquor. Kuma's Catering works with multiple dessert vendors to create the perfect sweets table, if requested. Any dietary restrictions or preferences, from vegan, vegetarian and gluten free, can be accommodated. Additional rental items, such as, dishware, silverware, glassware & linens are all additional options based off of your needs. Full time and part time service staff and bartenders are hospitality professionals. If you do not need full service catering, delivery and set-up options are also available. AmazingSpace is a stunning, new event space ideally located at the corner of Adams and Desplaines (entrance on Desplaines at Quincy). The building and venue space are the newest in a conscientious culture to embrace people and green spaces while promoting a reduced eco-footprint. This venue is perfect from Corporate events to Weddings! The sun-drenched foyer on both the first and second floors allows for welcome cocktails, gala registration, or other pre-function activities.

Avec West Loop's entire second floor is a dedicated private dining venue. This space draws from the warm, intimate design of avec’s main dining room with lots of wood, stoned wall paper and natural light. It’s the perfect location for a private, intimate gathering. The space features an open kitchen and private bar where cocktails and hors d'oeuvres may be served prior to groups being seated. We can accommodate 40 guests for a seated event and 60 guests for a reception style event.

The Hideout is a 100-year-old balloon-frame house, built in two days, still here a century later. Hammers pounding in nails faster than the city could tear it down. Built by workers at the end of the 19th Century, run by undocumented bootleggers and gin runners, running numbers, racing horses, making deals, and moving in the make.
