“Doug and Andrew made the best team at our wedding! We met Doug at a bridal show a year and a half before our wedding and liked him immediately. He really wants to help you create a wedding that is special and meaningful to you - not a cookie-cutter wedding with package after package he's trying to upsell you on. We were delighted when Doug told us that his partner, Andrew, was moving back to the area and would be working with him at our wedding. Doug talked with us several times throughout our planning process to help us think through the reception - specifically the flow and the feeling of each moment. At our final detail meeting, Doug and Andrew helped us finalize and ramp up some ideas we had been working on (rating speeches using giant numbers that the bridal party held up, us-themed bar trivia during dinner, kiss cam instead of traditional glass-clinking kisses) and also gave us options to add on his Freedom Sticks (party lighting to help make the room/dance floor fun) and several Polaroid cameras and a book to store the pictures in. We took advantage of both and were so happy we did! On the day of the event, Doug took the role of MC and walking around the room to get pictures of people/get everyone involved and Andrew took on the role of primary DJ. Together, they were such a fun team that really brought the party to life! We had SO MANY compliments on how fun they were and I have recommended them to all of my friends with upcoming weddings!! They perfectly matched our vibe to the music and worked hard to make sure that everyone had a great time. “I can’t rave enough about DJ Scott. He was a dream to work with!! Everything was so perfect he made sure the timing of the songs in our ceremony were right on time. He checked in with us all night at the reception to make sure we were having fun and still liked the music. He made our toddlers night playing all of his favorite music and making him feel very important!! Our son makes us pretend to be the dj and flash the living room lights so he can pretend to be on the dance floor still, DJ Scott definitely made a lasting impression with him (and us)! He made sure my husband and I had drinks all night and just made the best environment!! He set up outside at the end of the night for our private last dance and helped create a romantic and relaxing ending to the night. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. The day of, they ran the ceremony music smoothly, and they both kept the dance floor hyped and our guests had so much fun dancing the night away. Eddie also provided bilingual MC services which was a very important service for us. They were so easy to work with and they were instrumental in making our day memorable. “Don was the perfect DJ! Prior to the event, he scheduled multiple calls to meet us & understand exactly what we were looking for. He has an online portal where we could input our requested songs for key events (i.e. ceremony, cake cutting, etc.), & this portal also had a section for you to identify the songs you really love & songs you like. The day of the wedding, he executed perfectly. He helped keep the reception flowing seamlessly, interacted with guests, & most importantly was able to keep the dance floor going all night. We got so many compliments from our guests saying how wonderful he was & how much fun they had thanks to him. We can't recommend him enough!”
