We have a beer and wine license only, no hard alcohol permitted. You may use vendors of your choice, we just ask that they come for a site visit prior to the event date. One more thing! Originally called Cold Spring Ranch due to an ice cold spring. The Dorrington Hotel was built in 1852 by John Gardner who married Rebecca Dorrington and moved her out from Scotland.
