We provide everything from limited service options up to all inclusive options and we work with your budget to find the perfect package for you. The Barn at Deep Creek is a converted cattle barn set in a picturesque backdrop. The Barn has both indoor and covered outdoor spaces, a designated cocktail table area with a deck, and ample grass areas. There are multiple options for ceremony locations. We have Bride and Grooms suites for wedding party preparations. The property of the barn is a combination of cypress ponds, pine forest, pastures, and a canopied creek. The property is very private and secluded. We are only 15 minutes from downtown Gainesville, but it feels a world away.

The Hilltop is an old Victorian mansion situated in Orange Park on 5 beautifully wooded acres. We have 2 outside ceremony areas and 5 reception rooms. We regularly host small, medium, and large weddings and events.

The Barn at Lakeside Ranch while rustic on the outside, is elegant throughout on the inside. The walls are covered in beautiful yellow pine with a chandelier at the center & chiffon fabric draping the ceiling throughout. The Groom's Lounge will not disappoint providing two large leather sofas, a TV, mini-bar, pool table & full bath. The Bridal Parlor has luxurious victorian seating, chandelier lighting, vanity bar for hair & makeup, mini-bar & full bath. We include tables, chairs, tablecloths & select decor with our packages. We also include set up & take down of all decor inside the barn & the back covered patio. Our full wedding package starts at $5,000 up to 100 guests & then $20 per person thereafter. This package allows access for your special day & part of the day prior if available. The micro-wedding package starts at $3,000 up to 100 guests & $20 per person thereafter. This package is available Sundays through Thursdays & is limited to 7 hours with 1 hour for cleanup.

The Whispering Pines Barn is a wedding and event venue, located in Callahan, Florida. The barn sits on 6 beautiful acres of land, surrounded with pines, palms and other trees. This quiet and peaceful ranch is the perfect place to host weddings and events. The Barn can accommodate up to 100 guests. Seven windows and two French doors make the facility bright with nature sunlight and give a beautiful view outside. Equipped with basic sound system and 85” television to show PowerPoint presentations for the guests.

This traditional colonial building was built in 1926 and known as the Riverside Mormon Church. The Junior League of Jacksonville purchased the building in 1979 and by 1980, we opened our facilities to the community and its many organizations. The Riverside House offers its board room, auditorium, reception hall and kitchen to the public. It is the perfect setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions and provides a beautiful atmosphere for any celebration.

San Marco Preservation Hall, a registered historic landmark, was built in 1888 as St. Paul's Episcopal Church. The Hall was moved across the St. Johns River and eventually made its way to scenic Fletcher Park on Atlantic Boulevard. Preservation Hall was renovated by and is operated by the San Marco Preservation Society (SMPS), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organized for the preservation and promotion of the San Marco neighborhood, which celebrates its centennial in 2025. This Carpenter Gothic-style hidden gem is available for rental along with Stockton Cottage - the perfect bridal suite! St. Andrew's Episcopal Church (aka Old St. Andrew's) was designed by architect Robert S. Schuyler in the Gothic Revival style. Schuyler also designed St. Peter's Church in Fernandina, built in 1881, as well as chapels in Waldo, Fairbanks, Pablo Beach, and Lake Santa Fe. St. Andrew's was built in 1887 on a single level using brick masonry and contained a massive front corner tower with louvered belfry and steep spire roof. It stood at 317 Florida Avenue, now 317 A. Phillip Randolph Boulevard. St. Andrew's was the only major church in the city that survived the Great Fire of 1901.

Henry Richardson purchased the High Springs property in 1891 and built the Opera House in 1895. The building was designed in the Romanesque Revival style of architecture. The Opera House was originally designed and built as a socially acceptable venue for entertainment in the then rowdy railroad town of High Springs in 1895. Back in the old days, the High Springs opera house played host to countless itinerant vaudeville performers. The second floor was used as an opera house, theater and social hall, and in the 1920’s as a movie house.
