Our 2000 sqft event space was once home to an old ambulance company, and it has been transformed into a unique and versatile venue for all your special occasions.     Nice Venue!

    The Experience is a cool place for a wedding. They have great communication throughout the planning process. The venue itself is a nice and the perfect size for most weddings/events - not too big, not too small. This makes it feel intimate and cozy for a small gathering, while still providing that top notch feel.

    Amazing event space!

    The Experience was the perfect wedding venue for our special day. The owner had a quick response time to all of our questions, which was greatly appreciated during the busy planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was excellent - they had a venue supervisor on hand to assist with any venue-related questions we had, and they provided plenty of tables and chairs to accommodate all of our guests. We were thrilled with the level of service and attention to detail from the team at The Experience, and our wedding day could not have gone more smoothly. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking to host their wedding celebration.

We have flexible event dates and times to accommodate your schedule. Please contact us to check our availability.
Our property has 17 parking spaces plus additional space behind the building. It's recommended to save the space behind the building for vendors ( DJ, Caterer, etc) There is also overflow parking across the street and next door as needed. Please contact us in advance to set up overflow parking.
Our rental fees vary depending on the event type, duration, and other factors. Please contact us for a quote tailored to your specific needs. EVENT RENT ( All bookings include an 8-hour time slot between 10 am-12 am) Monday - Thursday $500 for 8/Hr time slot Friday & Sunday $1,000 for 8/Hr time slot Saturday $1,500 for 8/Hr time slot Additional hours are charged at $200/Hr Be sure to book enough time to set everything up, enjoy the event, and clean up after. CLEANING/ MANAGEMENT FEE $450 ( Host or Cateror is responsible for clearing tables and putting trash in bags) REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT $500 refundable damage deposit
Your reservation includes 8 hours from start to finish, including the time it takes to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $200 per hour.
Yes, Event Host Liability Insurance is required. You will receive a link to purchase insurance after you have booked or you can provide your own. You can also use your venders insurance if they come with it.
Yes, you will just need to provide a liquor liability insurance policy.
Yes, there is a parking lot with 17 designated spaces as well as overflow parking next door with 33 parking spaces.
