Welcome to GC event venue. Located in a quaint Central Florida town in the heart of the state. Enjoy all of the natural beauty this property offers surrounded by oak trees and the venue that is adorned with timeless vintage elegance. From black and gold accents, stained glass windows, etched glass entry doors, draping greenery, twinkling lights, unique vintage chandeliers and furniture throughout you will find this to be a one of a kind space all nestled on a private 10 acre slice of real Florida paradise between Gainesville & Ocala Florida. We provide everything from limited service options up to all inclusive options and we work with your budget to find the perfect package for you. Picture Perfect Wedding
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Grass Campers Event Venue. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of magical. This venue was truly the backdrop of our dream wedding, and the day exceeded every expectation we had. The property itself is absolutely stunning — beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed in a way that feels both elegant and welcoming. Every detail came together so perfectly on our wedding day that it honestly felt surreal. We received endless compliments from our guests about how gorgeous the venue was. Katie deserves a special mention because she was phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect. From our very first conversation through the final moments of our wedding day, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and reassure us every step of the way. Having her support made all the difference. If you are searching for a venue where you feel cared for, supported, and confident that your vision will come to life, Grass Campers Event Venue is it. Best Venue EVER!
From start to finish, my experience with Katie and the entire Grass Campers team was absolutely amazing. I was the kind of bride who didn’t want to plan every detail, so I trusted Katie and her team completely. I sent her my Pinterest board and let her take it from there and she exceeded every expectation. My main goal was to enjoy the day and make sure everyone had a great time without me having to worry about a single thing. The Grass Campers team executed everything flawlessly. I had countless guests tell me it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Like any event, I expected a few minor hiccups, but to my surprise, everything went smoothly from beginning to end. There were truly no issues, thanks to the incredible planning and coordination by everyone involved. Grass Campers is a beautiful venue, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to turn their dream wedding day into a reality

Hauntingly beautiful wedding
I can’t speak their praises enough. Katie and everyone else at Grass Campers made our wedding better than our wildest dreams. I gave them my vision and she was able to run with it, bringing our spooky, dark, and mystical wedding into a reality. Not only that, but the whole process really cut down on our stress by going with their all-inclusive package. We didn’t have to worry about this vendor or that one, organizing all our decor, or any of the stressful details that take away from enjoying a momentous occasion. And our guests were absolutely blown away with everything about the wedding. I cannot recommend them enough!
