Elaine had grown up in Northern Utah and missed the beautiful mountains and seasons. To Elaine’s surprise, Hal had wanted to move to Utah years before, but the timing was not right. Both had spent time in Utah county and knew that this was going to be “home” to them. Hal, with his 47+ years of foodservice experience, and Elaine, with her 32+ years in the corporate world, began a new adventure and started a catering business in 2000.
