“Our experience at The Arches for my daughter's wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped inside, we were captivated by the venue’s stunning architecture. The Arches is an old cathedral that has been lovingly renovated into a wedding venue, and it retains all of its historic charm. The intricate stained glass windows, soaring arched beams, and gorgeous stonework created the most breathtaking and romantic atmosphere for the big day. What truly sets The Arches apart, though, is the care and dedication of the owner, Jane. She went above and beyond at every turn, ensuring that every detail was perfect and that we felt supported throughout the planning process. Her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail are unmatched. One moment that really stood out was when a snowstorm was forecasted just days before the wedding. Naturally, we were stressed about how this would affect our guests, but Jane immediately stepped in to help. She not only coordinated with a local hotel to secure discounted rates for our guests but also arranged transportation options to ensure everyone could attend safely. It was an incredible relief to have someone so thoughtful and proactive on our side. Thanks to The Arches and Jane, my daughter’s wedding day was everything we dreamed it would be and more. The guests couldn’t stop raving about the venue’s timeless beauty and warm ambiance (even with the snow), and we’ll always remember how special they made this once-in-a-lifetime celebration. If you’re looking for a wedding venue with breathtaking beauty, rich history, and unmatched service, The Arches is the place to go—it’s truly exceptional!”

“We truly could not have asked for a better experience than what we had with Alaina Rineman and the team at Hotel Gettysburg. Together, they made our wedding weekend seamless, stress-free, and truly unforgettable. Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Alaina made the entire process feel manageable and even enjoyable. From the very beginning, Alaina was phenomenal. She responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and remained just as attentive throughout the entire planning process. She was always available to answer questions, walk through details, and offer thoughtful suggestions. She really took the time to get to know us as a couple, which made her suggestions feel personal and meaningful. On the wedding day, Alaina handled everything behind the scenes flawlessly. Any hiccups were taken care of immediately, and we never felt stressed or distracted. She also went above and beyond for our guests, especially ensuring accommodations for those staying at the hotel and even arranging a to-go meal for a guest observing a religious fast. That level of care meant so much to us. Hotel Gettysburg itself was the perfect venue. Located right in the heart of downtown, it offered a beautiful mix of historic charm and convenience. Our guests loved being able to walk around the square, and the hotel provided so many great gathering spaces—including One Lincoln, the Hotel’s own bar and restaurant. The on-site Starbucks was also a huge bonus! The on-site catering was also exquisite. We chose to do a buffet and the food choices were all delicious! Many of our guests returned for second and third helpings of the entrees. The highlight for me is how incredibly picture-worthy the Hotel is, with stunning spots both inside and outside (the bank vault in the ballroom was a favorite!) for amazing wedding photos. Even with nearly 200 guests, the space allowed for comfortable mingling and dancing. The bridal suite and thoughtful touches like packaged cake slices, chocolate-covered fruit, and souvenir champagne glasses made us feel so special. Pro Tip: I also highly recommend working with Visit Gettysburg. They provided free welcome packets for our guests filled with brochures, discounts, and even kid-friendly items, which enhanced the experience for our guests that stayed the full weekend. Because of Alaina, I felt completely at ease and confident that everything was in good hands. When I look back on our wedding day, she is absolutely part of those memories—not just as a coordinator, but as someone who helped make the day feel so special. If you’re considering a Gettysburg wedding, Alaina and her team will take amazing care of you from start to finish. (Photos captured by Megan Gingrich with MG Photography)”

“My husband and I got married in April 2025, and choosing Arrow Studio & Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the initial planning stages to the actual wedding day, Allie and her team delivered an exceptional experience that exceeded our expectations. The planning process with Arrow Studio & Events was remarkably smooth. Allie and Becca were attentive, responsive, and provided expert guidance throughout. They took the time to understand our vision and helped transform our ideas into reality. Their organizational skills and attention to detail ensured that nothing was overlooked in the months leading up to our special day. On our wedding day, Allie and her team executed everything flawlessly. As the bride, I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because I had complete confidence in their abilities. If there were any issues or unexpected challenges behind the scenes (which are inevitable at any event), they handled them so professionally that I was completely unaware. This level of service allowed me to focus solely on celebrating with our loved ones instead of worrying about logistics. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. They anticipated needs before they arose and maintained a calm, positive atmosphere throughout the day. I cannot recommend Arrow Studio & Events highly enough to couples planning their wedding in the Central PA area. The Arrow team is filled with true professionals who care deeply about creating memorable experiences for their clients. Our wedding day was everything we hoped for and more, thanks to their exceptional service and dedication. Thank you, Allie, Becca, and the entire Arrow team, for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!”
