Accepting a limited number of clients each year ensures a level of customer service that is unparalleled. G&G is known for creating bespoke floral installations in particular, and has been featured in MSN, PBS, Elle Taiwan, Zola, Wedding Chicks, and many more. Ashley is amazing! I have worked with her several times for weddings at both of the venues I manage. I recommend her to all of my clients. She makes the most original pieces and has such an eye for quirky, yet elegant. All of our clients are so pleased with her work. She is so easy to work with, and I have seen how she really gets to know the client so she can meet their vision.

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

      5.0

      Oklahoma City, OK
      • Serves Pomona Park, FL

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

Doing our own wedding flowers was the best choice my daughter made for her wedding, other than choosing the groom of course. You do have to commit some time in the days before the wedding but it is so worth it. There are so many video tutorials to watch that you feel like an expert. They don't leave you high and dry after you purchase either. They are in contact with you to make sure everything is going good. That was very helpful. The memories we made together by making our own flower arrangements and bouquets using Flower Moxie was priceless. It also looked like we spent a fortune on flowers because we had so many extra (they give you more than you need to account for some loss) that we had flowers everywhere as extra decoration.

      Something Borrowed Blooms

      4.8

      Lafayette, LA
      • Starts at $250
      • Serves Pomona Park, FL

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

Truthfully, I don’t believe I ever inquired with a local florist for our wedding because I already had an idea from other brides (and from order minimums listed online), and I knew I didn’t want to allocate a significant budget to decor, but I also wanted a gorgeous and elegant wedding, which certainly includes florals. I started looking into faux floral options and came across SBB. Once I found this company, I never looked back. We ordered a sample box and also visited a bridal shop in CT that carried some of their pieces to see them in person. We originally selected the Wren collection, but then last year they launched the Eloise collection, which we immediately switched to. The florals were absolutely stunning, and even our friends who knew they were fake, were shocked and confused when they saw them because they thought they were real! The rental process was a breeze. We ended up having the order shipped straight to Owl’s Nest so that we didn’t have to transport it up ourselves. The boxes are labeled so you know exactly what is in each box, and how to pack it back up to ship back. There is also an option to buy some of the pieces and keep them as well if you wanted to keep something for sentimentality. They have a Facebook group (SBB Insiders) where other brides share their photos and any creative ways they used their rentals, which was also so helpful to see the real photos! The company itself also releases how-to videos for various arrangements, and you can even schedule live styling sessions to work one on one virtually to see the pieces and how they would work for you. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and everyone!! I’d also love to use it again in the future for other events!

Jen Angle of Wood & Word Blooms is truly a gem. These flowers are made of WOOD, yes wood flowers. She offers the ability to do a DIY bouquet party which is so unique to be able to say you made your bouquet! Unfortunately due to COVID my DIY party had to get cancelled but Jen was incredibly understanding and fit my order in to make it all herself; a bride bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, 7 boutonnières, 2 corsages, and a hair piece!! Working with her was so simple; I had a vision and she totally exceeded my expectations. She asks questions to truly grasp what you’re looking for and she provided a picture pdf list of flowers to choose from. She was so patient with me as I asked for help from her to pick flowers that would look good together. Jen made me feel confident in my choices and made sure that my bouquets were special; she even took the time to insert charms I provided her! I realized towards the end of wedding planning that because I was working with Jen, the flowers were one area I did not need to remotely stress about. I saw Jen’s work on her Instagram and knew she would create something extraordinary. Now my bridal party and I all have forever flowers! Finally, if you have any hesitation I highly suggest going to one of her classes! Before I booked Jen, I wanted to see what it would be like to work with her and knew immediately I could trust her through her professionalism, kindness, and humor! She holds awesome classes such as wreath making! Contact her sooner than later because she books up quick for a reason!

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

      Awarded Best of Zola
Everyone on the team cares so deeply for every order. They worked with me and took their time to understand exactly what I envisioned for our wedding. I can’t thank them enough for their communication and commitment to me and the rest of their clients!!

I can’t recommend Bloom Culture enough. We scheduled a consultation call with them roughly 3 months before our wedding date. Heather was super kind, helpful and professional. She promptly sent us a proposal that fit our budget and matched exactly what we had discussed during our consultation! The resources they shared with us were super helpful, and 3 days before our wedding the flowers arrived in perfect condition! Even though some of my bridesmaids were nervous about DIYing their bouquets, everyone’s turned out so beautiful and unique!!
