The spacious courtyard provides plenty of room for table seating up to 300 guests. As evening descends and stars emerge, romantic string lights outline the dance floor and 400 square foot cascading fountain. We also have a tavern-style bar, equipped with drink refrigerators, beer taps, cocktail tables and bar stools. Its grand arched double doors make it a great photo backdrop and when ready open out to the courtyard.. Originally called Cold Spring Ranch due to an ice cold spring. The Dorrington Hotel was built in 1852 by John Gardner who married Rebecca Dorrington and moved her out from Scotland. As for the special event, Vaquera Ranch may be able to accommodate the Bridal Party in the Bunkhouse and the Barn is a unique setting for the rehearsal dinner.
