“Jasmine was truly the **queen of communication** from start to finish! I genuinely think the longest I ever waited for a response from her was about an hour, and most of the time she responded within seconds. That level of communication made such a difference while planning a wedding with so many moving pieces.
She also absolutely nailed the wedding-day schedule. I had **12 people getting hair and makeup done**, and everything ran so smoothly and on time that Jasmine and her team were even able to fit in a couple of extra bridesmaids who saw everyone else's makeup, loved it, and decided they wanted theirs done too!
Jasmine was also incredibly accommodating with me personally. I ended up doing **two hair trials** because I changed the back of my wedding dress, and she was so flexible about helping me figure out a new style. After my makeup trial, I explained the few things I wanted adjusted, and she listened to everything I said and executed it perfectly on the wedding day. My makeup lasted ALL night, including through plenty of sweating on the dance floor!
The only thing I would have appreciated upfront was having some of the additional costs, such as hair-length fees, braids, extensions, etc., incorporated into the original quote so I had a clearer picture of the total budget from the beginning. With such a large group, those smaller add-ons started to add up. That being said, when I became stressed about the budget, Jasmine was incredibly responsive, transparent, and talked me through everything, which I really appreciated.
Overall, I had such a great experience with Jasmine. She is communicative, organized, accommodating, talented, and someone you can genuinely trust to keep a very busy wedding morning running smoothly. I would absolutely recommend her, especially to brides with a large wedding party!”
