I had a large wedding of 170 people, and he brought extra speakers, equipment and even a 2nd DJ assistant to ensure his music could be projected throughout the venue at no extra charge. After he setup his equipment, he helped us set up the venue by setting up tables and games we had planned without even being asked. He remembered and respected my blacklist of songs, checking with me any time someone requested one. He was on point on all the songs we asked him to play throughout the night, playing them at the right time. When the dance floor opened up, he had our guests dancing the entire night up until the last song. It was just one song after another that the crowd wanted. He even got on the mic and hyped up the crowd a few times. He worked really well with our wedding coordinator and MC, adapting on the fly as needed. After the wedding, so many people came up to us and complimented the DJ – it wasn’t the same dry wedding playlist they heard at most weddings they went to. It was truly something different, and unique to our wedding. When you speak to him you can tell he has a passion for this, and he knows his music. You can stop looking. DJ P is your guy.”
