Grow Wild Studios
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Philadelphia, PA

Grow Wild Studios is a sister (Liz) and brother (Tim) owned florist and design team. We are here to provide a unique, new-age twist to the traditional art of floral design. Being nature lovers at heart, we believe in the power of flowers as a way to transform a space while honoring our commitment to our local community. What drives us is simple: flowers tell stories. They hold emotion. They transform space. They connect people in ways that words often can’t. That’s the magic we try to bottle up in our work Let's tell your love story in flowers!

Grow Wild Studios were incredible and cannot recommend enough! We had a specific vision for our wedding and they completely got the vision down perfectly. The florals were one of the most important vendors to us as we love plants and flowers and Grow Wild did everything perfectly. Our color palette was a wintery moody LGBTQ Pride rainbow for an early January wedding (1/2/26) and all flower choices did not disappoint. Our guests, wedding parties, and parents all commented on how beautiful everything was. At the last minute we also added on candles to our package and they looked incredible as well and Grow Wild was extremely accommodating and easy/quick to communicate with. Tim was amazing to work with as we accidentally had given the wrong hotel (sorry!) for the morning meetup day of the wedding, but Tim was able to come right away to the correct address. We also have purchased the hanging ornaments for our wedding parties from Grow Wild and they are also beautiful. For our outfits we went with pocket boutonnieres and they were lovely. They were also able to work into our budget which was very much appreciated. Cannot recommend enough!

Blooming Iris Designs
Rating: 5.0 (6 reviews)
Philadelphia, PA

My name is Maggie and Blooming Iris Designs was inspired by my daughter. After 7 years as a wedding coordinator and being laid off due to covid, I wanted to find another way back into "wedding world." I stumbled upon a Floral Design Certification Program and decided to enroll. I then started my small business, out of my garage.

    Awarded Best of Zola
Margaret from Blooming Iris Designs did an incredible job on my wedding this October! She was incredibly communicative, upfront about pricing, and made florals for my wedding day easy. The flowers she chose were exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be happier! I would recommend Blooming Iris Designs to every person in my life planning an event with florals.

      Woodland Floral Design Co.
      Rating: 5.0 (77 reviews)
      • Serves Philadelphia, PA

Proud Cat & Dog Mom // Your New Wedding Vendor BFF It’s never been just about pretty flowers to me. I started out in social work because I wanted to serve and connect with others. I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

From the moment I said yes, I knew florals would be the highlight of decor for our wedding day. Flowers hold such sentimental value for me because I’d spend my springs planting hundreds of annuals with my baba: zinnias, dahlias, snapdragons, marigolds, begonias, etc. Going to my grandparents house was like going to a magical flower garden, and I wanted to recreate that feeling for our guests. After seeing Misha’s previous floral designs, I knew she would be able to bring what I had in mind to life; she did that and then some. The florals she lined my aisle with were exactly what I pictured: lush, whimsical, fun and filled with purples, oranges and greens. Those florals were then repurposed as centerpieces in the main reception tent and somehow became even more mystical underneath that lighting. On our way to the tent, we were amazed at the flowers on the seating chart wall. Dahlias and snapdragons, two of my absolute favorites… in colors that left me feeling the moody, romantic vibe I wanted and had described in design meetings with Misha leading up to the day. The flowers that adorned the tent’s entrance and up the poles created the most magical atmosphere. Sitting at our sweetheart table, we were surrounded by more florals that were repurposed from the ceremony; this time I believe from the gazebo, one of the most sentimental pieces of the day. Our reception tent really felt like a magical flower garden filled with our favorite people; exactly what we wanted for our wedding day.

Poppy Flowers was a great choice for our small wedding. Their twilight template was exactly the color palette I was looking for and they had options for everything I needed at an affordable price (in comparison to other Washington DC florists). I was very happy with the quality of the flowers and the set-up process.

      The Faux Bouquets
      Rating: 5.0 (42 reviews)
      • Starts at $175
      • Serves Philadelphia, PA

Believe it or not, we often have people ask if our pictures throughout our website are showing a mix of fresh and faux and…no they aren’t! Although fresh florals are pretty, we are totally in love with poser-blooms all the way here and that’s what we design 100% of our orders with.

      Awarded Best of Zola
Use The Faux Bouquets! I know there are a lot of options out there for faux florals, but this company really stands out. Absolutely gorgeous selections. We chose one of the more basic options because of our color scheme but there were so many more stunning, fun and colorful options out there as well! We used them for the bouquets and boutonnieres and it made life so easy. No need to worry about the flowers staying alive or getting water stains on your dresses. We had everything in bins ready to go before wedding day. Great pricing. The bouquets are so full and you can see the thought that goes into choosing the colors, type, and placement of each flower. The company communication is quick, kind, informative, and they are just all around amazing!

I texted Laura the day of my wedding because I felt like she needed to know my first tears were shed when I saw my bouquet. Words cannot describe how perfect it was. Laura took everything me and my partner asked for and ran with it. Florals were a very big piece of our wedding and I really feel like we asked the perfect person to bring them to life. Not only were the florals perfect but my mom stopped me the day after my wedding just to tell me she ran into Laura and she was "just so kind". 100/10 would recommend hiring her for your wedding.

A Floral Designs made our fairytale come true. Ayana and her team are incredibly talented, have an unmatched eye for detail/style, are communicative, and reliable. When we first reached out to A Floral, we chatted had been chatting with a few different florists. After our conversation with Ayana, the decision was easy. She listened to what we wanted and made it clear that she would get it right. Once we decided to go with her as our florist, the care and support didn’t stop. We visited her shop where she gave us beautiful displays of what we could expect on our big day. Most importantly, she worked with our budget to achieve our vision. She also came along during our venue walkthroughs so she could see the space and be adequately prepared for the wedding day. She’s also a kind person—which may not seem important now but trust me! A compassionate person who is willing to work with you when things get stressful is very valuable. The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

Flowers have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and designing with them is more than just creating arrangements—it’s creating experiences, memories, and emotions that last far beyond the day. When they were delivered, we could not have been happier. They were beautiful, fresh, and exactly why I asked for. They were still holding up when I shipped them out to be pressed 2 days later. The groomsmen were even impressed with their pocket square boutonnières. Anastasija knows her flowers and her eye to create your vision is top notch.

We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to partner with Melissa from Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts for our wedding florals at The Valley Green Inn! The entire process from start to finish was seamless and professional, and our flowers turned out more gorgeous than I could have possibly imagined! Everything was so perfect, I cried when I first held my bridal bouquet on our wedding day. We initially contacted Melissa only 6 weeks before our wedding (which was pretty last-minute). After chatting on the phone, we sent her some Pinterest boards with more details about our style and vision. Within 24 hours, Melissa sent a very thorough itemized proposal with the exact flowers and items for us to confirm within our wishlist and budget range, such as bouquets, corsages/boutonnieres, the flower girl basket, the ceremony arch, table centerpieces, and wedding cake florals. The whole proposal signing and decision-making process was super smooth and easy. Something I thought was really unique is that they were able to repurpose our ceremony arch into our sweetheart table decor in order to reduce the cost, as well as repurpose the flowers in a sustainable way. We really didn’t need much additional decor for our wedding because the flowers brought everything to life within the venue space. On the day of our wedding, Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts delivered and installed all of our floral arrangements before we arrived, taking care of all of those details behind the scenes seamlessly. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts if you are looking for a fully custom, collaborative, and seamless wedding florist experience!
