Grow Wild Studios
Rating: 5.0 (5 reviews)
  • Starts at $5,000
  • Serves Philadelphia, PA

Grow Wild Studios is a sister (Liz) and brother (Tim) owned florist and design team. We are here to provide a unique, new-age twist to the traditional art of floral design. Being nature lovers at heart, we believe in the power of flowers as a way to transform a space while honoring our commitment to our local community. What drives us is simple: flowers tell stories. They hold emotion. They transform space. They connect people in ways that words often can’t. That’s the magic we try to bottle up in our work Let's tell your love story in flowers!

I used Grow Wild for my May 2nd wedding and I could not be happier. They delivered exactly what I wanted which was a very naturalistic, foliage heavy floral vibe. I really wanted heavy greenery and they delivered. My bouquets and boutonnières were so natural and perfectly fit what I was looking for. The arch was actually the star though. It tied into the venue perfectly and looked like an enchanted garden portal.

      Woodland Floral Design Co.
      Rating: 5.0 (78 reviews)
      • Serves Philadelphia, PA

Proud Cat & Dog Mom // Your New Wedding Vendor BFF It’s never been just about pretty flowers to me. I started out in social work because I wanted to serve and connect with others. I first entered the floral design world as an intern in 2016 and noticed a lack of originality in designs and a need for more connection between the florist and the couple. When I started WFD in 2019, I decided to prioritize both artistic designs and building long-term relationships with each couple. Planning my own wedding in 2021 gave me an even deeper appreciation for the importance of receiving creative expertise and genuine support from wedding vendors.

Working with Misha was an absolute dream! She understood my vision and then amplified it x100 to help design the most vibrant, garden party chic floral displays ever! Walking out on my wedding day and being surrounded by beautiful flowers was amazing. Misha is so easy to communicate with and really helped take flowers completely off of my plate once she understood the vibe I was going for. She even helped me decide to do all different dresses for my bridesmaids which was so fun! She worked seamlessly with the décor and signage gal (Kelsey of Creamery Hill). Many times throughout the night, I was told that my flowers were the most gorgeous my guests have ever seen at a wedding. THANK YOU MISHA!

If you want to save money on wedding florals that will die in a matter of days, this is the way to do it! Her price was affordable and worth every penny. Dana had excellent communication and would respond to all my questions quickly. She walked me through the process step by step, and she also worked hard to recreate my "inspo" pictures I sent her. She even texted me a suggestion to darken one of the colors I picked so that the colors would be more cohesive. Her instincts were spot on, and I'm so glad I listened to her advice. (Other vendors would have just gone with the original colors I picked and not said a thing to me!) The best part - you get to keep your beautiful bouquets forever! Do not hesitate - hire her for your wedding!

The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to partner with Melissa from Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts for our wedding florals at The Valley Green Inn! The entire process from start to finish was seamless and professional, and our flowers turned out more gorgeous than I could have possibly imagined! Everything was so perfect, I cried when I first held my bridal bouquet on our wedding day. We initially contacted Melissa only 6 weeks before our wedding (which was pretty last-minute). After chatting on the phone, we sent her some Pinterest boards with more details about our style and vision. Within 24 hours, Melissa sent a very thorough itemized proposal with the exact flowers and items for us to confirm within our wishlist and budget range, such as bouquets, corsages/boutonnieres, the flower girl basket, the ceremony arch, table centerpieces, and wedding cake florals. The whole proposal signing and decision-making process was super smooth and easy. Something I thought was really unique is that they were able to repurpose our ceremony arch into our sweetheart table decor in order to reduce the cost, as well as repurpose the flowers in a sustainable way. We really didn’t need much additional decor for our wedding because the flowers brought everything to life within the venue space. On the day of our wedding, Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts delivered and installed all of our floral arrangements before we arrived, taking care of all of those details behind the scenes seamlessly. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Valleygreen Flowers & Gifts if you are looking for a fully custom, collaborative, and seamless wedding florist experience!

We believe flowers set the tone for a wedding day, and we take pride in delivering beautiful, seamless installations that leave a lasting impression.

I cannot say enough good things about Anderson Flowers. They completely brought my wedding vision to life. I gave them a general idea of what I wanted, and they exceeded all expectations. The arrangements were fresh, vibrant, and so thoughtfully designed. Their team was professional, responsive, and so kind throughout the entire process. Everything was set up perfectly and on time, and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re looking for a florist who truly cares about your big day, this is the one.

Katie was amazing to work with! She helped tailor our flowers to keep within our budget, and they came out AMAZING. I'm so happy I get to keep them as an amazing keepsake. Everyone at the wedding was floored that they were paper and not real. And having quotes from our favorite books to look at all day was just a memorable experience.
