“A few things that stood out the most about Isaac were how responsive he was, how he was able to accommodate to our budget, and how he took pictures from angles and views that turned out great on the photos. As a couple with demanding careers, I much appreciated how quickly Isaac was with replying to emails. We had a pretty tight budget, and Isaac was able to offer us a package that landed pretty close to our budget and only had the items that we needed the most (mini engagement photoshoot for the website and wedding day). Our ask for him was to get some candid shots as we feel pretty awkward in front of the camera. I personally think that the wedding day pictures came out more naturally because of the setting being surrounded with friends and families, and Isaac and Sushen did a great job capturing the candid moments beautifully. Isaac even had an idea for me to pose by climbing up a wooden stair ladder for a shot that I honestly wasn't sure how it was going to turn out while doing it, but it ended up turning out beautiful and magazine-like in addition to other ones that he asked us to pose for. Isaac put together a behind the scenes video that also showed the reactions of guests to our photo place cards before we had entered the reception area, and this was lovely in that we got to see our guests' reactions that we weren't able to see.”

“Working with Kandid Art was overall a great experience! They showed up on time and made sure we got all the shots we wanted. Though the wedding ran a bit behind, they were flexible. The photos turned out beautiful, and they got creative with the locations given the cold, rainy weather. They even got some funny shots of the kids at the wedding that are some of my favorites! The video was also good, although I don't love that they had to use like stock music for the background (I guess it's because of copyright issues with other songs?). I wish they would have included audio of the vows rather than the cheers of the attendees, so make sure you ask them to do that if you want it! I do love that they provided us with all the raw video footage though, as some of the most special moments didn't make the highlight video. Due to the event running behind, the cost increased a bit (which I was asked about after the wedding) due to the 2 photographers needing to split up to cover the shots. I wish they had asked me or the Wedding Coordinator about that on the day of so we could understand better what was the issue, but it was a minor thing in terms of communication. Overall 8/10 rating and would recommend.”

I recently got married at Windham Manor and was only looking for photographers who have photographed there. I found Kim since she was one of the photographers tagged on the venue’s instagram page. Kim was very responsive from the beginning and although i was still a year and a half away from my wedding, we scheduled a zoom call and started planning immediately. The call was very productive as she helped me generate a timeline super early in the game that helped me start planning and getting everything in order with my other vendors. She also showed me photos she had already taken at the venue which were stunning and exactly what we envisioned. Come to the big day, Kim was there early to set up and was ready to go immediately. Either way, everything ran so smoothly thanks to her, including helping me button my extremely difficult dress!! She honestly acted like a friend and was there for us the entire night while also being able to capture everything we wanted. I knew the photos were going to be amazing but she totally exceeded our expectations. She sent some teasers the day after and we were completely blown away by the colors, angles, and backdrops. You can tell that she put so much time into each photo because every single one is stunning. Not to mention, she took soooo many photos and really captured everything from start to finish. We are so grateful to have so many pictures that we can have for a lifetime. “Hoffer Photography was an absolute delight to work with for our engagement photos and our wedding day photos. Amy and Tony are the sweetest people and amazing professionals. They are so responsive to emails and communicate clearly in person, which made an everything easy and stress free. One of the coolest things about them is how they work so seamlessly together without ever needing to verbalize anything- the two of them were moving lights and people and background items to make sure the posed photos were perfect. During the getting-ready time, the ketubah signing, the ceremony, and the reception they seemed to be everywhere at once taking candids. Between the two of them they perfectly captured the joy, energy, and emotions of our special day. The results were absolutely breathtaking, with vibrant colors, beautiful lighting, and such a natural, lively feel. “There aren’t enough words to describe the absolute icon that is Delycia. My husband and I initially reached out to her because she had photographed weddings at our original venue, and we were completely sold after looking through her portfolio. Her moody, emotional, and intimate photos were exactly what we envisioned. We are not “cookie-cutter” wedding photo people, and with every set of photos we reviewed, we found ourselves literally gasping. Our gut feeling was only reinforced once we started talking to her and getting to know her. Neither my husband nor I had ever had professional photos taken, but our engagement shoot was so much fun. It felt like hanging out with a long-time friend, coupled with Delycia’s incredible ability to give just enough direction to create stunning photos while still capturing “us.” We couldn’t stop gushing about her afterward.
