Cooking and creating meals for others has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My dream began watching food network instead of cartoons as a small child and finding myself inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. I’ve worked for years in hospitality and now I get share my love of cooking on a more personal level, creating custom meals for families and friends to enjoy together. Chef Tara is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. She has lifelong experience & was raised in the food industry. Growing up in the family's restaurants and summer resort businesses gives her well rounded expertise in both front & back of the house. Chef is well versed in many international cuisine styles and personally speaks to each client to create a custom menu for your wedding/event. Chef does not offer a limited list of items to chose from or a limited option of packages for catering. Each event and menu is unique. I have been in love with all things entertaining since I planned my first birthday party at the age of 5! After spending over 15 year perfecting my craft in various areas of the special events industry, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion and attend culinary school. In March of 2019 I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York focusing on health supportive cuisine. Each celebration has a signature touch, a personal flair, it is a reflection of who you are interpreted by my hands. It is simply me, Amelia Irene Design.

Jazzy’s Kitchen ATL, LLC. was founded by owner Chef Jaz. She noticed her passion for cooking at a young age. Growing up she loved being the “little helper” in the kitchen. Chef Jaz has always had the dream of operating her own restaurant or food truck one day. Jazmine spends most of her time creating and cooking dishes to perfect her craft. She stared out by catering parties for friends and families, now she is committed to providing an exceptional dining experience to all of her clients.
