Nestled on 68 acres of rolling green hills, this 18th Century property offers warm hospitality. Belmont Manor is a Howard County Park. Howard County Recreation and Park guidelines apply that are different from privately owned venues. The Park provides the location and property amenities while the Permit Holder provides all vendors, including an approved full-service Caterer and Wedding Coordinator.

Designed as a private residence between 1892 and 1894 by architect Harvey Page for opera singer Sarah Adams Whittemore, the mansion is conveniently located in Dupont Circle. The Woman’s National Democratic Club has occupied the mansion since 1927. The Whittemore House was listed on the National Register of Historical Places in 1973 and was granted museum status in 2000. Great Oak Manor sits on the banks of the Chesapeake Bay on Maryland's Eastern Shore. The Georgian Mansion has twelve large guest rooms and a Carriage House. Because we are on the Bay, most weddings are waterfront on our expansive lawn with tented receptions. Smaller weddings and receptions might be held in our Conservatory.

Founded in 2003, the gated-entry Brandon Estate is a cherished and prized estate of the Brandon Family. An Fierm, which translates to “The Farm” in Irish, was originally a smaller four bedroom house, primarily used as a getaway cabin and romantic escape. Over the years, the Brandons added over 3000 square feet of living space and amenities including a great room, a stone wood-burning fireplace, a wine cellar, a pool, a game room, and a private balcony overlooking the estate. The mansion is now well over 5000 square feet- comprised of 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a stunning designer kitchen. All in all, the mansion can sleep 16 people comfortably. With over 300 acres of private farm land, 200 acres of which is farmed crop. Loaded with scenic walking trails, barns, fresh water fish-stocked ponds, canoes, a stone chapel, and rolling landscape- the property is sure to keep you busy during your stay!
