The entire 25 acre estate is yours to explore and enjoy. The estate is nestled on a private hilltop in the heart of the Lakes Region at the foothills of the White Mountain National Forest and Mt. Hyla Brook Estate is a stunning band new private 9 acre garden estate that offers breathtaking year round modern farmhouse events. Opening our modern barn doors October 2024!
