Our flexible space is all on one floor, with room for pre-function activities and a general session for 500 people. We offer a dedicated office space and six breakout rooms. Ask about our on-site catering and A/V equipment capabilities. Our garden venue in the lobby atrium features 1,000 live plants on its walls and accommodates up to 75 people. Our culinary team uses natural herbs grown here in their creative dishes and cocktails.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those. The LEX 530 building was once the home of Pacemaker Trailer Co., one of the earliest RV companies in Elkhart. So how do we make an impression in a city of over 100 breweries? By throwing an apple into the party; we are making hard ciders, too. Creativo Loft is THE place in downtown Chicago for mini-weddings, micro-weddings, elopements or whatever your favorite term is for small weddings! All-inclusive packages (excluding catering) are available from elopements for 2 to standard weddings with up to 50. Giorgio and Sarah are a husband and wife team, a photographer and coordinator/officiant, with a unique historic loft space in downtown Chicago. We are essentially a one-stop-shop, except for catering services. Our standard packages include venue, photographer, officiant, coordinator, music sound system, ceremony backdrop, candles and white padded chairs. Packages may be customized with cake, flowers, and additional services. We host elopements and mini weddings (2 to 30 people) for ceremony and portraits. We also host standard small weddings and receptions with up to 50. For events with catering, an outside licensed and insured caterer is required, and there are several caterers on our pre-approved list to choose from.
