I honestly don't know how to write a review for Greenock Manor without writing an entire novel about Chanel, because she was truly one of the biggest reasons our wedding day was as wonderful as it was. Greenock Manor was our dream venue from the beginning. As soon as I stepped onto the grounds, I knew this was the place. It truly is a beautiful secret garden! You can feel the love and warmth throughout the entire property, and we felt at home and at peace right away. But what made our experience so special was Chanel. We had quite a few unexpected obstacles come up during planning, and on top of the normal stress of wedding planning, I also have chronic health issues that sometimes made things more complicated. Chanel was always incredibly understanding, supportive, and patient. She never made me feel like I was asking too much or being difficult. She listened, helped us find solutions, and was someone I genuinely felt I could trust. On the wedding day, I was able to actually enjoy my wedding because I knew Chanel had everything handled. She made sure everything was exactly how I wanted it and was never afraid to advocate for me and make sure everyone knew what the bride wanted! As a people pleaser who has a hard time saying no, having someone willing to do that for me meant so much. And she went above and beyond in ways I didn't even know about until afterward. I completely forgot to order boutonnieres for the fathers of the bride and groom, and Chanel noticed, took extra flowers from our table arrangements, and MADE THEM. I had no idea anything had even happened! She quietly solved the problem without ever adding another thing to my plate. That is Chanel in a nutshell. Greenock Manor is absolutely stunning, but the people are what made our experience so special. If we could do it all over again, we would choose Greenock Manor and Chanel every single time. Thank you, Chanel, for taking such good care of us. You helped make one of the most important days of our lives feel safe, joyful, and genuinely special. We will always be grateful for you!
