Manor House
Circa 1892, the Manor House will add classic country charm to your event with luxurious accommodations for up to ten people.
The Manor House boasts four bedrooms and a private living room with sleeper sofa. The first floor is handicap accessible. There are two bathrooms with walk-in tiled showers. The Chef's kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. Sit at the 8' farm table, watching our cattle and horses from the large picture window. Host an elegant cocktail party in the den and enjoy the three fireplaces. Ready yourself in our bridal suite! Plenty of getting-ready room for all the ladies.

Corn Crib Bar
The most unique way to serve your guests...our renovated corn-crib bar was lovingly restored using materials from the property. Bartender's paradise!
After a scenic drive and parking, guests will meander up the paved walkway, pass the Manor House, and stroll through our unique corn crib bar to grab a refreshment and take in the views. Your bartender will have their own workspace, complete with refrigerators, work table, ice maker, track lighting, and plenty of outlets. Guests will enjoy the spacious breezeway, bar top, bar stools, bench, charging stations, mountain views, and unparalleled ambiance.

The outdoor patio offers breathtaking countryside and mountain views. This versatile and roomy space is perfect for your gathering.
The outdoor patio is perfect for ceremonies, dining, and dancing. Accessible from either the paved walkways or first floor of the barn. There is a separate water source and extra electrical outlets for your band and DJ. The space is open and ready for your creativity. Step off the patio to meander over to the LOVE sign, trail, or tractor for pictures. Guests can enjoy our life sized Connect Four and Jenga or enjoy classic corn hole or a cozy fire. Star gazing optional.

Big Oak boasts one of the few remaining authentic barns featuring 200+ year old hand-hewn logs and wood floors milled right on the property.
Our barn offers mountain and countryside views and many extras. The Manor House, barn, corn-crib bar, bridal suite, first floor lounge, firepits, games, elegant restrooms, climate control, dimmable lighting, linens, table, chairs, and much more are included. We are a working ranch with a picturesque background. Go ahead, get a little mud on your boots - unless you're wearing heels, then stay on our paved walkways.

Spectacular venue
Big Oak Manor & Ranch was the perfect venue for our wedding. The communication and support from Jen and Ian throughout the planning process was outstanding - they were incredibly responsive and helpful in ensuring every detail was taken care of. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, with amazing views that provided a stunning backdrop for our special day. From the lovely landscaping to the romantic, rustic feel, there were so many beautiful spaces for us and our guests to enjoy. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, creating a truly memorable experience for all. Our guests raved about the unique and charming atmosphere, and we are thrilled we chose Big Oak Manor & Ranch to host our wedding. It's a must-see venue!
