Strata Weddings was born out of a deep love for storytelling and a desire to make your wedding day unforgettable. Established as a national company, we have had the privilege of documenting countless love stories from coast to coast. Our journey began with a simple belief that every love story is unique and deserves to be told with authenticity and creativity.

I am a travel photographer based out of Louisville, Kentucky. I have always been the friend with the camera admiring those around me. I am truly captivated by people simply being people, always finding beauty in human connections and the REAL. My goal is to be a calming presence, help the day run smooth, and ensure everyone in front of the camera feels COMFORTABLE. I lean toward documentary style photography emphasizing what makes your love unique.

I was introduced to the world of photography the same week I was introduced to the world! All thanks to my Dad, who was never without his camcorder or camera. Because of him, our memories growing up are preserved. Then I got my first camera + tons of film. I documented everything. When film turned into digital, that was a turning point in my life. Since then, my memories, large + small, have been organized on my computer, by year. So I can go back + revisit so many wonderful memories from my life...most which I wouldn't remember without pictures!

I am a wife, mother, teacher, and photo & video creator. I started taking my baby's pictures with a beginner's camera and fell in love. Now I'm a professional photographer and videographer, serving clients by listening to their needs, being flexible, skillful, and prepared. I'm proud to be an insured LLC with a storefront. I grew up in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. I got my Bachelor of Arts in Photography from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2010. I shot my first wedding that June and have been hooked ever since! Weddings are my passion, but I adore watching families grow as well. Every wedding or event is different and I love getting to know my clients. Many of them I now consider close friends! :)
