“We got married at Coindre Hall on 7/18/2026 and had the best day imaginable!! Our maître d', John, was always readily available to us with any questions and planning prep. He consistently put us at ease and knowing we were in reliable hands allowed us to focus entirely on enjoying our day. We found the estate to be unique from all other venues we had toured. Its historic charm and beautiful views were unmatched. Our guests had access to the entire estate and we had so many raving reviews from them! We cannot recommend Coindre Hall enough!”

“The Mansion at Oyster Bay was the perfect venue for our wedding. Right after we contacted the venue, Jennifer Sammarco responded and set up a tour for us immediately. From the moment we pulled up to the beautiful grounds and mansion, we fell in love with the venue. Jennifer did a great job of helping us envision our wedding day, and thoroughly explained all of their package deals to help us stay within our budget. Throughout the entire process, Jennifer was so helpful and answered every single question that we had (and we had a lot!). She was always available, right up to the day of the wedding. We were able to meet some vendors during the seasonal showcases that the venue has, and we were able to taste the food and drink at a tasting closer to the date of the wedding. Leading up to the wedding, Mike Langis, the maître-d' reached out and coordinated a drop off meeting with us to drop off all of our decorations and day of items for the wedding. Mike was so incredibly kind and accommodating and made us feel at ease that he would be on the ball the day of. He absolutely was, as well as the rest of the staff at the venue. Mike helped put out all of our decorations in the morning, helped rearrange items from the ceremony to the reception, and was even able to quickly and quietly remedy a situation where we forgot a few boxes of favors, without interrupting any of the festivities of the day. He ran the entire rehearsal with the wedding party for the ceremony that we opted to have on site and connected our playlists to the venue speakers for cocktail hour and after party. Any requests that we had for coordination of the entire day was fantastically handled by Mike! We also paid to have use of the bridal suite for the entire morning, and Natalie was our bridal attendant. She was excellent, steaming my entire wedding gown, bringing drinks and food to us in the bridal suite, and helped carry my dress, drinks and food during photos. We were told that we had the A-Team between Mike and Natalie, and that couldn't have been more true! So many of our guests told us how exceptional the staff was for food and bar service as well. Everyone was so impressed by the beauty of the venue, the quality of the food and drinks, and the professionalism of the staff. We were so fortunate to have found the Mansion at Oyster Bay, because it honestly had everything that we were looking for on our wedding day. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with exceptional staff, has flexible options and packages to help you stay within budget, and is experienced in hosting weddings, this is definitely the place for you! The Somerley Room is truly gorgeous and provided such an elegant backdrop for our celebration. What really stood out was how the maître d' and bridal attendant took care of us all night long—they were always there when we needed something without us having to ask. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the food, and the friendly staff made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and team to help us celebrate!”

“From the moment we saw the outdoor ceremony space, we knew The Watermill made the top of our list. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was and on how good the food was. In particular, the cocktail hour food got the most compliments. The team was great to work with, though there were some miscommunications as we got passed along from person to person getting closer to our wedding. One person would say they had frames for our signature drinks sign so we didn't need to get any while the next person said they didn't supply that. We were also of the understanding that we wouldn't be seeing any other party when we arrived, but there was another group out on the patio when we went to do our first look. I found out after that there was another party that was supposed to have left, but they didn't yet. Still, the team made sure to usher everyone away so we could have our space for our first look and we didn't see anyone other than our own party for the rest of the night. I have to give kudos to the team for stepping up when we had a medical emergency. Someone in my family needed medical attention during the reception (he was okay!) and even though my husband and most of his wedding party were medics, the staff was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. Once we knew everyone was okay, Nick was very helpful in getting us back on track and getting us back in party mode. I appreciate him staying calm in that situation and making sure everything else kept running smoothly. Elaine was amazing. Every time I turned around she was there asking if I needed anything to drink, making sure I had food and was a huge comfort. I've heard that most couples don't get to eat at their own weddings and we had the complete opposite experience. Between her and my day-of coordinator, I felt so taken care of and truly appreciated everything. A DIY girl, I also made our centerpieces which did require some assembly. Shout out to the team for setting everything up the way I imagined and for helping us to have our nerdy wedding. I also appreciated that Nick got in on the fun with a Harry Potter tie clip to go with some of our centerpieces. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Watermill Caterers. I would just advise taking notes and staying on top of communication leading up to the big day.”
