Constructive Feedback The only area for improvement is email response time. Before booking, I sometimes waited anxiously for replies to my questions near the quote deadline. After booking and connecting with my day-of artists, communication was smooth and timely. Bridal Trial During my trial, KaSen accommodated time for two different hair styles because I wasn’t sure what I wanted. I told Kong I’d never liked my makeup done by anyone else before, and she completely blew me away with her work. The trial was fun, and at the end I felt beautiful while still looking like myself. My hair and makeup after the trial lasted over 10 hours (and through a nap) with only minor touch-ups. My artists encouraged me to take notes after and welcomed feedback, which was very helpful on the big day. Wedding Day! On my wedding day, Kong and KaSen came prepared with my trial photos to reference. Kong told me I took really good notes, which made it easy for her to tweak my look exactly how I wanted. As my beauty prep was wrapping up and the ceremony drew near, KaSen noticed my nerves and took a moment to reassure me -- I really appreciated her kindness. My lipstick wore off quickly, which I expected & failed to prepare for -- I had planned to get the same lipstick Kong used for touchups throughout the day but failed to do (wish I would've! I recommend this tip for other brides). My eye makeup lasted through all the tears without any issues. Even though I knew my down hairstyle would eventually get knotty, I felt like Rapunzel & my half-up hair stayed full all day. I lost a few pieces of tinsel throughout the day but not a single bobby pin. Kong & KaSen's attention to detail and care made all the difference in making me feel confident & beautiful on my wedding day. “I am not someone who wears make up or does my hair, so I was quite nervous about choosing a hair and make-up artist for my wedding. I made the right choice in choosing Beaute’ Beautique. Ilaria was a joy to work with before my wedding and on the day of. At the trial, Ilaria suggested adding more plum eyeshadow to make my blue eyes pop. Ilaria also did all of our 5 bridesmaids’ hair and makeup in record time. All my bridesmaids were impressed by how well she did from just the one or two pictures she showed them. “Jacqueline was amazing. For the pricing in the area I would say that this was actually very fair and the price that I paid was less than the quality I got. My bridesmaids, my mother-in-law and I looked amazing. We got the make up service for my wedding and she was so fun to talk to and having the bridal suite. My experience at Jacqueline was phenomenal and I could not recommend her and her team enough. All of my bridesmaids and mother-in-law and myself really enjoyed her and her team’s company.”

“Oh my god where do I begin?! She’s fantastic, the first time I had my makeup and hairstyle done with Astrid was for my civil wedding and I was in love with the result!!! Then I had her for some photo shoots, I wanted her for my destination wedding but unfortunately it was not possible to happen :') but after that she did my makeup and hair for pregnancy pictures, baby shower, family events, she IS THE BEST! Besides her talent she is the sweetest and nicest person, thanks Astrid for being my makeup artist!”

“Andrea was an absolutely incredible makeup artist for my wedding. We had a beautiful winter day and we had A LOT of gals to get ready and Andrea was on top of everything. From the communication, to the trial, timelines, answering questions, giving recommendations & making sure every girl left her chair feeling their absolutely best, she was perfect! I have never looked better, and you'll see some incredible photos attached, as well. You can see that from the time I was finished getting my makeup done to portraits, indoor photos, outdoor photos, and beyond, my makeup stayed perfect. As someone who does basic makeup most days (a little concealer, mascara & eyebrows), I did not feel overdone, but absolutely felt like an elevated version of myself. I would 100% recommend Andrea to anyone that wants a makeup artist with the utmost professionalism as well as humor, and someone that makes you feel so comfortable!
