Keane’s Wood-Fired Catering was founded by husband and wife team, Padraic and Kaylyn Keane. Padraic grew up working in his parents’ village pub in Galway, Ireland and moved to the United States in 2015 where he became fascinated with traditional southern barbecue. Padraic welded his first wood-fired smoker at the Steel Yard in Providence and Keane’s held their first catered event at Whalers Brewing in South Kingstown in 2016. Since then Keane’s has continued to build a reputation for exceptional food and service.

His entrepreneurial nature kicked in and he opened his first restaurant in Leominster in 2009. Within five years, he became a full-service Brazilian Steakhouse in 2018. We are Stephen and Rae! We met as teenagers in 2007 and married in 2012. We originally started college together in PA when Stephen encouraged me to pursue me passion in cooking. We moved to MA for me to attend Le Cordon Bleu while Stephen studied law. We settled here permanently after graduation. In 2020 I started RGKkitchen. Working together came naturally and quickly took off. Our most popular areas are Cape Cod, Boston, Newport/Middletown, & Narragansett. We service all of RI, the MA coast, and down to Mystic, CT. We typically travel within 80 miles of 02748 but do go further for some events. We're happy to accommodate if we can!
