The Anchorage, with origins back to 1800, is a Federal Telescopic Tidewater style B&B with waterfront views and three guest rooms available to the wedding party situated on the beautiful Choptank River. We offer a relaxed, peaceful and romantic experience on the shores of the river, which is part of the Chesapeake Bay waterway. The venue is nestled on 12 acres of waterfront property with forest on either side and protected wetlands.

Large lodge on a 58 acre private estate; lawn reaches out to the Bay for a beautiful waterfront ceremony and reception. Incredible sunsets are a photographer's dream. Six bedrooms including a master wedding suite.

It offers a rustic riverside setting for ceremony and/or a rehearsal dinner.

Stepne Manor’s dining room provides space for you and your guests to sit and eat, while the kitchen affords any hired culinary staff with an ideal preparation base. The great room, den, and sun porch provide ample room for everyone to kick back, relax, and enjoy the festivities.

Rockfield Manor is a historic venue located in Bel Air MD. The Manor sits on 55 acres of perfectly landscaped gardens featuring 2 ceremony locations (Barn or Garden) Vintage chic indoor open floor plan venue with outdoor climate-controlled patio area. Rockfield Manor is a Non- Profit Venue all proceeds go back into maintaining the estate gardens, grounds and 104 year old manor. A portion of all proceeds are donated to local non profits in the Harford County Community.

The Willis House is a beautiful gem tucked on 5.5 acres with a historic home, barn ruins, and natural landscaping. Situated in Strasburg, Pennsylvania, Olde Village Mill offers a rustic retreat for couples on their wedding day. Featuring its original stone walls, exposed wooden beams, and high ceilings, Olde Village Mill retains its past glory with the addition of modern amenities. Fitted with a climate control system, this venue can be used at any time of the year. Set on five acres of land, the mill's ground floor can be used as an indoor ceremony place, and upstairs, you will find a stunning second floor reception area and bedroom suites. You and your guests can stroll outside to take some historically-inspired images by the stone walls or surrounding natural landscape, where you'll find a connecting stream and bridge for scenic backdrops. Accommodating up to 130 guests, Olde Village Mill makes for a quaint and charming venue. There are also outdoor spaces for appetizers and beverages should you and your guests wish to mingle in the open air.

Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is a 48 farm, the original stone barn of the farm has been lovingly re-purposed into a bed and breakfast. The bed and breakfast features 4 overnight rooms. The ground floor, with separate entrances, has a large banquet room and a separate adjoining space perfect for indoor ceremonies and dancing. Outside the doors of the reception rooms is a large brick patio and pollinator garden, just right for cocktail hour. At the edge of the woods is a huge Maple tree and a waterfall where most of our couples choose to have their wedding ceremony. Pheasant Run Farm Bed and Breakfast is just 10 minutes from the city of Lancaster in a private rural setting with an elegant flare.

Located in the rolling hills in south central Pennsylvania, The Granary at Peach Glen offers a rustic and beautiful scene for any wedding celebrations. Views of the South Mountain Appalachian Ridge and surrounding apple orchards provide the perfect backdrop. Couples can use the many locations on the property to exchange vows including the original barn stone foundation. The landscape around the historic Granary allows for cocktails and receptions, while the wedding party takes advantage of the many photo opportunities on the property. In 1902, Elmer Thomas and his wife purchased the plot of land right off Peach Glen Road in Gardners, Pennsylvania. Here they settled and built their family home, while farming and harvesting the surrounding land. The Thomas family has continuously worked to restore and bring the property back to life. We are honored to have such a beautiful and historic piece of history still within the family to share with you for your special day.
