Our country site provides a cozy setting filled with rustic charm for your most special events. Couples come to us for our excellent farm to table fare as well as our beautiful natural surroundings. When Shane and Wayne Bernard (Co-owners of Pica’s Pub and Grill est. 1939) were presented with the opportunity to expand next door into the building formerly occupied by Laschi’s Garden Center they jumped at it. They knew exactly what the area was missing and wanted to create a fun space with quality food, ice cream and a renovated greenhouse to hold private events and weddings to compliment their full service restaurant next door. Featuring several of their fan favorite items from next door, quality Italian Deli Sandwiches and Gifford’s Premium Ice Cream. They have provided ample parking and an amazing outdoor area for relaxing by the fire pit, a competitive corn hole match or just a spot to enjoy good times with friends and family. Cheers!

Hyla Brook Estate is a stunning band new private 9 acre garden estate that offers breathtaking year round modern farmhouse events. We opened our barn doors in October 2024! We have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces to choose from, ideal for weddings, corporate events, showers, anniversaries holiday parties, and many other special occasions! We offer a full day 15 hour venue rental from May - October (Friday - Sunday) and hourly rentals during the week from November - April. Historic, breath taking 4 story barn The farm and barn are about 200 years old, and the barn was originally used for cows. Over the years, it has been very well taken care of, so the original beams are still there, in sizes and shapes that you just can't get anymore! The owners are the third generation in their family to take care of the property and are very grateful to be the current stewards. The barn renovations completed in 2020 and it is all ADA compliant and up to code. In the barn, there is a full sound system, 14 chandeliers, a beautiful live edge bar top, two high end composting toilets (the flushing kind!), massive barn blue doors on each end, and a grand entrance staircase. The barn holds up to 200 people and is big enough that you don't have to rent a tent even with tables and chairs, a major benefit and money saver! In the event of rain, you can use the barn as a ceremony and reception space.

Four Winds Farm is a family-run boutique events space that centers around an antique barn. The barn is decked out with antique decor and has two large fireplaces to help create a cozy New England late summer/autumn wedding atmosphere. Four Winds Farm is over 300 acres of land in Southern New Hampshire including forests, rolling hillsides, mountain-views, a wetland walking trail, and all the fall foliage your guests can handle. Our barn was converted from housing animals to being a center for theater and productions in the early 1900s and features a fantastic backdrop from a 1920's production. It is lit up with market lights and optional lanterns. We provide round tables and chairs to be set up however you choose, and we can accommodate whatever vendors and catering you prefer. Just outside the barn is ample land for a beautiful ceremony set up, an outdoor patio for cocktail hour and a covered pavilion. There is a great security in knowing you have a rain plan here. Our wedding services and settings are very different from the typical wedding and reception facility. At Arrowhead Acres, you choose the setting -- traditional or rustic. We offer the formal setting of our beautiful Banquet Room, and the informal setting of our gorgeous Chapel-In-The-Pines, Rustic Country Barn Area, and Park Pavilion. Although many of the wedding ceremonies and receptions held at Arrowhead Acres are traditional, we welcome non-traditional wedding themes.

We are a DIY Venue giving you the freedom to make this space uniquely yours. We welcome outside fully insured vendors and happy to refer preferred vendors as well. The price includes three day exclusive access to the property for rehearsal, set up, and clean up post event day. Also included, Day of on-site event coordinator, and parking attendants.
