Dixie Dreams is a special events facility located on the beautiful Rocky River in Monroe, NC. We are a Charlotte’s newest and finest country venue for parties, weddings, receptions, family reunions, conferences, and meetings. At Dixie Dreams there is over 100 acres of land with 3/4 mile river frontage. The wooded trails and outdoor scenery makes a wonderful place for reflection, privacy and pictures. Our Venue consists of a large, room that can hold up to 200 guests with a Rockwall fireplace,and media equipment.The commercial quality kitchen includes a large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, and large ice-maker. A very special, separate bridal suite is available for the bride and her guests. There is an open gazebo out back to host a beautiful wedding ceremony. A 960 sqft. Bridal suite equipped with a hair and make up area, full bathroom, and suite for overnight stay.

There are four beautiful ceremony sites to choose from, two barns, and two wooded options 40x60 reception tent has a beautiful chandelier with market lighting. 18x18 dance floor, with market lighting all around the tent, which is located in a beautiful wooded area right by the barn. Gray Stone Pines will set up all the decor, We have lots of decor, signs, and props for you to choose from, and we offer your centerpieces as well as different lantern styles, candelabras, mason jars, glassware, greenery, etc. There are so many options to choose from. Day of coordinator/director on-site wedding day to meet with vendors and ensure everything goes smoothly. We take care of all the setup on the wedding day and Day of Coordinator from beginning to end, covering all the important details right up to the last minute of your reception.

We were recently named one of the top 40 barn wedding venues in the country by Country Living Magazine! Board & Batten was designed to make sure every inch of our property is perfect for your wedding day. We have separate spaces for the couple to get ready, room for over 200 guests, a huge covered porch, and an amazing back patio that features a fireplace and a bocce ball court. Sugarneck is rumored to have gotten its name by the bootleggers traveling along the Cape Fear River as a code word for the place where they would pick up their moonshine. Sugarneck reaches back long before smartphones and social media, back to a time when the only way to send a message was by writing a letter and sending it in the mail. One of the earliest U.S. Post Offices in North Carolina still stands strong today. It was a community where people gathered, shared news and good times. Built in 1874, the renovated original Cabin structure serves as a unique visual reminder of those simpler times. The Cabin and the Post Office are on the National Register of Historic Places. The vast scenic views of the North Carolina countryside along with the grandness of our 150 year old Oak trees do not go unnoticed, and at night, the stars light up the sky. The Roost at Butler Farm is a country style wedding venue in Staley, North Carolina. Nestled in the heart of Randolph County, this venue is filled with rustic charm, featuring a medieval post and beam barn, which sits at the heart of the property, offering a romantic ranch style atmosphere to your special day. The Bottle Factory Venue is a 10,000 Sq. Ft. event rental facility nestled in the historic district of Monroe, North Carolina. The event center is part of the 1927 Coca Cola Bottling Company and still retains many of its unique and quaint features, including: exposed brick walls, 16 Ft. open beam ceilings, floor to ceiling columns and hardwood floors. Our facility is available year-round. Popular events include: weddings, banquets, dances, business meetings, class reunions, and more. Initially, the 62-acre Het Landhuis Estate was part of a 1,000-acre farm owned by the Henderson family who operated a tanyard in the area, making saddles and other leather items. One day a future bride drove past Het Landhuis; she stopped in the main driveway and asked if she could get married there. That conversation changed the course of the estate, and Het Landhuis had its Grand Opening in 2010. Het Landhuis is not your ordinary location for a wedding; this becomes obvious once you visit the grounds and look at the eight different venues the estate offers.
