Welcome to Mama Gina Catering, an Authentic Italian Food Experience. All my menu items include the most amazing Italian flavors taught to me by my Nana from when I was a little girl. My grandparents, born & raised in Italy came to this country by way of Ellis Island. I loved listening to the stories they told with their Italian friends most of which spoke broken English. All of my teachings were hands on not hand written “little of this & little of that" then tasting until you are happy. To this day that is how I cook because Italian Food is all about fresh ingredients, heart, taste and a deep love of cooking.

Cooking and creating meals for others has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My dream began watching food network instead of cartoons as a small child and finding myself inspired to pursue a career in culinary arts. I’ve worked for years in hospitality and now I get share my love of cooking on a more personal level, creating custom meals for families and friends to enjoy together. I love food because it connects people and helps create memories that will last a lifetime. I am 27 years Old. I started “To Go For Your Soul” in 2020. I am passionate about cooking and have been cooking for 12 years now.
