“Sandy made our wedding ceremony absolutely perfect! From beginning to end she helped us so much. Sandy was always super easy to get a hold of. It never took her more than a day to respond back to any emails we sent her (which to anyone planning a wedding knows is key to have vendors respond as quickly as possible). She made the ceremony so unique by reaching out to some of our friends and family to ask them question about my husband and I and incorporated their answers into the ceremony, which made us and our friends and family feel even more apart of the ceremony then they already were. And everyone knows that one of the post stressful parts of all of this is writing your vows. Which Sandy knows (of course) and she goes above and beyond to help with that she gave us a detailed list of things to incorporate (if you decide to write your own) along with a list of already made vows that you can choose from or use to help create your own version of. Which helped so much to alleviate some of the stress of it all. “When I started wedding planning, searching for an officiant was one of the top most daunting tasks purely because I didn't have any idea where to start. Our parents had gotten married in a church or temple and a lot of other non-denominational weddings we had been to had a friend or family member officiate - not something we were super keen on doing ourselves since we met in a speech and debate club in high school and wanted someone similarly comfortable with public speaking from go. I found Celia Milton via The Knot and I'm so glad I did. She was immediately very responsive to our inquiry and when we had our initial call with her over the phone we knew she would bring the right tone and energy to our ceremony. Celia has years of experience under her belt and it really shows in the ceremony she helped pull together. We had so many guests come up to us after the ceremony to rave about how it was one of the best ceremonies they had been to because it was able to strike so many different tones - funny and lighthearted, emotional and contemplative - in just thirty minutes. On top of that, Celia helped make the script personal to us and our journey together as a couple, which included a traditional handfasting and having our grandparents do guest readings. All in all, the ceremony she gave flowed so well and struck all the beats we wanted it to, which I think made it especially special for both us and our guests. I also want to mention it was so helpful having Celia in our corner given her many years of experience. She just knows weddings and knows a lot of wedding people! She pointed us in the direction of our cinematographer for example and otherwise gave a ton of great advice on other aspects of wedding planning personally over email and via her New Jersey Weddings Podcast which I listened to. That sort of experience really put me at ease that I had somebody to lean back on during wedding planning who has seen it all. Tl;dr - Our wedding ceremony was perfect and it was perfect especially because Celia Milton was our officiant. I cannot recommend her enough for the amount of amazing energy she brought to the planning process and the fact that the final product was just amazing down to the little touches. Thank you Celia!”

“Sam was truly amazing! We met just a few weeks before the wedding and she was on top of every single detail! When we first reached out to Sam, she was out of the country and still met up with us right away! She made time for us and made us feel very comfortable. She really got to know us and sent us 3 questionnaires to fill out: a general, vow, & love story questionnaire. She also sent us information regarding the legal marriage process and what her script would look like which was so very personal for us and our story. She provided guidance on how to write vows. My husband and I sent her our vows beforehand with the time it took us to say it and she gave great feedback suggesting that our vows should be around the same length and even though my husband and I didnt send the vows to each other she made sure we were on point with this! We appreciate this so much! All of our guests thought Sam knew us personally because she knew our love story and our values so well. She also made people smile, laugh, cry and feel at home with her delivery.
