We hired Erin for our month of coordinator almost 2 years in advance. From the beginning, she was very responsive, informative, kind, and helpful. I am pretty organized, and she consistently thought of questions I didn't! I was very impressed with her demeanor with myself and the rest of our vendors. Our venue required a pre-approved coordinator, and Erin took the steps to contact them to make sure she would work out, and we are so glad she did! She did everything she said she would and then some. “We had a wedding for my daughter, bridezilla!!! Over two hundred people attended. I only have one daughter and had no idea what was involved in this production. As a physician I have been involved in many complex surgeries, this event riveled the most complex of those operations. So many vendors and moving parts. Morgan the owner of Charmly & Company handed all the details with grace and efficiency. She coordinated all aspects of this event including helping select the venue and all the different vendors that were involved. She worked within our budget and did a great job getting the right vendors for the event. The venue setting was lovely but somewhat remote in location. Many of my guests traveled by air, over two hours from the venue. Morgan coordinated all the travel plans from the airport, to and from the event, and lodging. This was a big and complicated operation; problems did occur, and Morgan resolved them all. I had to call her several times and she was always available regardless of the time of day/night. She helped alleviate this dad, mom, and bridezilla’s stress over the event. In my opinion, she went above and beyond with this event. Morgan and company are professional, courteous, cost efficient, incredible organized, and great communicators. Well deserving of her five-star rating.”

Even with me being in the industry Brooklyn would ask me questions leading up to the big day I didn't even know I had, she made sure I knew when and how to get my marriage license and took care of sending it back to the clerk for us. My guests came to me after the ceremony and said it was the best ceremony they had ever seen and I couldnt agree more it had so much emotion, romance and pure magic sprinkled in and brooklyn was incredibly calm collected and well spoken capturing my husband and Is love story perfectly. I cannot recommend her services enough, not only can she officiate the most romantic ceremony ever She is also an incredible wedding coordinator and will make sure your wedding runs smoothly allowing you to have a stress free wedding day! I literally didn't have to handle a single thing on my wedding day because she was there to handle it all. She made all the difference plus she continued to come and check in in me to see how I was doing throughout the getting ready process and has the calmest nature helping me to feel ready before I walked down the aisle. not only did she handle coordination and officiating the wedding she sprinkled in some extra magic by taking some gorgeous photos throughout the day and sent them to me the morning after the wedding so I would have a little something until my professional photos arrived! I am so utterly grateful to Brooklyn for making the best day of my life utterly perfect. She may be based in Ohio, however, my wedding was in Michigan-she has traveled all over the United States to work weddings and is so worth it, so feel free to inquire about out of state travel.
