Everyone was wonderful to work with. Skylar was very organized from beginning to end. All of our questions were answered timely. Special request were addressed accordingly. The day of the wedding she had everyone organized and in their positions like clockwork. The food and bar were exactly what we expected. Our DJ, Myra, had our playlist and MC'd the reception to keep it a fun and energetic event. The wait staff were considerate and kept glasses full and tables cleaned. We could not have had a successful wedding day without Skylar and her team of people.

I am in AWE. Number 1, having a wedding coordinator is a must. And Natalie was amazing!! She took care of everything, from planning meetings, final meetings, rehearsal, day of timing and keeping everything on track. She is marvelous. This venue is mostly all included, DJ, catering, table settings, center pieces. And I love that you can do the ceremony and reception all in once place. It has the coziest mountain feeling to it while still being extremely classy. Food tastes amazing, the DJ service is very personalized - and they help you the whole entire way. You get this giant planning book once you officially book & it really helps. Anytime we had random concerns or questions we would just email them and be contacted back within the same day. The price fully depends on how many guests you plan on having, we had a 53 person wedding and it was VERY affordable for an all included place. They also do all your day of set up including any decor you choose to provide at the rehearsal! You also get access to the bridal / groom suites a few hours before the ceremony. Wedgewood made the planning actually fun and enjoyable! I was stress feee the entire day! Lots of adorable places for photos too, especially in the fall with all the colors. Thank you Wedgewood for making mine and Tyler’s day PERFECT.

Briarhurst Manor by Wedgewood Weddings was the perfect fit for our wedding day. From the first conversation, Katie made the planning process smooth and easy with her quick responses and willingness to work with us on every detail. The venue itself is gorgeous with indoor and outdoor spaces throughout, which gave our guests options to enjoy themselves whether they wanted to dance or find a quieter spot to relax. On the day of, Monique and Izzy our banquet captain went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly—they helped with every little thing without us even having to ask. Even though the sales team transitioned during our planning, there was no drop in service and everything came together perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Briarhurst Manor to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with a team that truly cares.

We wholeheartedly give The Lodge at Cathedral Pines five stars! The natural setting in the Black Forest with their beautiful water features and wonderfully natural atmosphere felt like our favorite camping spot, not a typical wedding hall, which was exactly what we were looking for. Our wedding had 80 guests, and the space felt perfectly full, making it ideal for a smaller more intimate wedding. Working with Shalece was amazing! She was friendly, helpful, and always patient, even when I asked repeat questions. She made the entire process stress-free. We took advantage of the all inclusive package and are so glad we did! Every included vendor was wonderful to work with, and their services were exactly what we wanted. It saved us so much time, and honestly, the vendors included were the exact ones we would have chosen ourselves. Thank you, Lodge at Cathedral Pines, for providing us with the perfect wedding that our guests are still talking about a month later!

When Should You Book Colorado Wedding Services?

Timing is everything when planning your Colorado wedding. Start with your venue 13 months out - that's 390 days before your big day. Your photographer and wedding planner should be next on the list about 10 months ahead. Most other vendors including your florist caterer and videographer need about 9 months' notice while hair and makeup artists typically want 8 months' heads up. Planning a fall wedding? Book even earlier since September sees the highest demand.

Which Colorado Mountain Regions Offer the Best Wedding Settings?

You'll find perfect settings year-round in Colorado's mountains. The Grange shows off spectacular fall colors with its aspen groves while Della Terra lets you host cozy outdoor ceremonies with snowy peaks as your backdrop. Spring brings wildflower meadows at Wild Basin Lodge and summer celebrations shine under Balistreri Vineyards' pergola-covered patio. September proves most popular combining perfect temperatures with reliable weather.

How Do Denver Wedding Venues Compare to Mountain Locations?

Whether you're drawn to city sophistication or mountain majesty Colorado's got you covered. Craftwood Peak puts you face-to-face with Pikes Peak while The Simon offers industrial-chic style with Denver skyline views. You can celebrate in the historic Kirk Of Highland or surrounded by Garden of the Gods' stunning red rocks. City venues like Rooftop1630 deliver urban views while mountain locations connect you directly with nature.

What Weather Contingencies Do Colorado Venues Provide?

Colorado venues know how to handle whatever weather comes your way. Mount Vernon Canyon Club keeps you connected to the views through its glass-enclosed reception space while Church Ranch Event Center offers multiple indoor ceremony spots with mountain vistas through massive windows. Want a winter ceremony? Ashley Ridge has heated outdoor pavilions and Meadow Creek Lodge keeps everyone comfortable with covered walkways between venues.

Where Can You Find All-Inclusive Colorado Wedding Packages?

Looking to simplify your planning? Wedgewood Weddings properties across Colorado including Tapestry House and Mountain View Ranch handle everything from catering to coordination. The Grand Hyatt Denver includes room blocks with their packages while Balistreri Vineyards wraps up wine service catering and coordination in one easy contract. These venues make planning easier with dedicated coordinators managing timelines and vendor teams.

How Do Colorado Wedding Budgets Scale with Guest Count?

Your Colorado wedding budget flexes with your guest list: - 50 guests: $20,802 - 100 guests: $34,304 - 150 guests: $46,999 - 200 guests: $58,346 - 250 guests: $69,693 - 300 guests: $81,041 This scaling helps you maintain the quality you want while adjusting for your perfect guest count.
