As an all-inclusive venue we offer packages that include catering, bar services, chairs, tables, linens, dinner ware, utensils, and décor options all in-house. We also offer day of coordination and will take care of everything you need for your wedding to go off effortlessly! Our inclusive packages include, Four Butler-Passed Hors D’oeuvres, Two Cocktail Hour Stations and your selection from our Dinner Buffet, Plated Entrées, or Stations menus. Elkins Estate is a 42-acre architecturally rich estate conveniently located outside of Philadelphia, PA. It is currently hosting events in the Elstowe Manor and will soon be opening its next space, the Chelten House. We have 70 overnight accommodations for wedding guests.

If you are seeking an exquisite garden setting you’ve arrived at the right place! There are 3 components to the rental of Appleford: you have the use of the inside of the estate, use of the tented terrace, and access to the gardens. Your wedding can take place both inside and outside of the house, with the seating for your reception taking place under the tented terrace overlooking the gardens. You and your guests are welcome to roam the gardens and take pictures in the alee of trees, boxwoods, roses garden, walled garden, and private medallion garden. A pond, small waterfall, and landscaped entrance in front of the home is the ideal setting for your onsite ceremony. Appleford works with 8 exclusive caterers and is BYOB. Clients are welcome to select a florist, photographer, videographer, and other vendors. Mr. Renner made the decision to keep the original industrial scale for weighing wool, which you can still see inside our front foyer. Our first batch of Manayunk Brewing Company beer was tapped on October 17, 1996. Mr. Renner’s daughter took over the building in 2004 and runs the restaurant and brewery along with her business partner Mike Rose. Our Farm sits on 54-Acres in Bucks County. Our Seed Barn was originally built back in the 1820's. Our Seed Barn was restored in the Summer of 2016 & seats 160-200 people. Attached to the back of the Seed Barn is a beautiful deck that overlooks the ceremony site. In the lower level of the Seed Barn is our Groom’s Suite! Here you will find a pool table, TV, lounge seating area & more. In 2020 we built our Harvest Barn attached to the Seed Barn through a breezeway. This is home for our commercial kitchen, on-site bathrooms, smaller event space and bridal suite. Lastly, we have a Farm-to-Table bakery onsite for your dessert table & custom wedding cake. The Felt Factory by Romano's has transformed our 1848 building in the heart of Northeast Philadelphia to an Industrial & Chic Event Venue with three distinctly different spaces.
