“My husband and I got married at a brewery in Queens that had zero kitchen or kitchen access. I was really worried it would be difficult to find a caterer who could work within the constraints of our non-traditional venue while also accommodating a guest count of 130.
However, the team at Italiana Foods absolutely exceeded my expectations and the blew it out of the park! They were super professional, efficient, organized, communicative, and most importantly, honest (which is VERY hard to come by in NYC area). From setup, to service, to cleanup... everything went so smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience as a bride.
My guests absolutely raved about the food - especially the pastas and the salmon (which was large portions)! The Caesar salad was also one of the best I've ever had - the dressing was to die for! My husband and I were beyond thrilled to have some leftovers that we will be eating for the next few days :).
The team really eased my mind with all the stress that comes with wedding planning. Not only that, but when I was at my peak of wedding stress due to weather not being in our favor and us having to make major adjustments last minute with the venue layout (which had nothing to do with them or their services), they sent the kindest most heartful messages. They absolutely did not have to take the time to do that. It was above and beyond the requirement of their services and you could 100 percent tell how much they care about their clients.
I do not have enough good things to say about Italiana Foods. I would absolutely refer them to anyone in the area in need of a caterer - for any type of event (not just a wedding)!
